Better sleep so far
Great transition into Sound sleep. The flavor of this is pretty good and so far I’m loving the effects. It’s seeming to add to my sleep and I do feel a bit more refreshed. I have a little grogginess of if I take on a night that I’m not getting a full nights sleep but the GABA and Magnesium seem to be doing the job. I take about 45 min to an hour before bed to wind down. 10 sticks for the price and a name I trust. Great value.

It helped me sleep
