Luggage Wheels Replacement, 50 x 18mm, Black Rubber, 2pcs

One of the two wheels on my ~20 year old Kirkland (Costco) roller bag had a flat spot worn into it. Thump, thump, thump... as I rolled it through the airport. Mostly just a nuisance, and I wanted the thumping to go away. I measured the wheels and ordered the 84 x 24 mm replacement wheels. With the exception of the axle being a smaller diameter, the wheels were a perfect replacement. I went to the hardware store and purchased O-rings for the smaller axles. I put two O-rings on the outside of each axle and one on the inside. That seems to have worked nicely to stablize each axle. It now rolls like a new bag. I am very pleased with the product. It's not an exact replacement due to the smaller diameter axle. But pretty close to exact. It came with two lengths of axles. The longer ones fit my bag perfectly. Highly recommend.

The kit arrived as advertised with all the pieces shown. The wheels are good quality with bearings (like inline wheels) and rolled smoothly. It was a little work getting the old wheel case out of the luggage as it was riveted in (as most are). But the new wheels with the provided axles were very easy to install and fit perfectly. Good value for the cost.

These wheels come with the necessary hardware, feel very high quality, roll smoothly, and are a great price. In addition to working as replacement luggage wheels, these work absolutely perfectly for replacing worn wheels of JanSport rolling backpacks (see attached photos). The trick for those is to place four of the included washers in each of the backpack axle slot recesses where the JanSport wheels have a protrusion that used to fit into it. Then use the existing screw that came with your backpack, instead of the ones included with these wheels, and they're a perfect fit, with perfect wheel well clearance, and it rolls like it's brand new! You're welcome in advance for making your kid happy without having to buy a new $100 rolling backpack =-)

These are high quality and will extend the life of my suitcase many times over. Installation is easy once you remove your old faulty ones. :-) Great value, perfect size.

I bought a piece of Luggage from the Goodwill. It had a broken tire and these were perfect replacement. Made the Luggage great again.

The wheels are fine but the provided hardware didn't work for me. The hardware I already had wouldn't work either. So... it took an extra trip to the store for 6mm bolts to make it all work.

Pretty easy to put on my High Sierra rolling duffle once I got the old wheels off (that was a pain but has nothing to do with these wheels). Did take a bit of coordination to line up the washers on the inside of the wheel housing but no problem once I go the angle correct. These things roll really smooth and are quiet. The 2 different axel length options were a plus to make sure they fit really well. Hoping not to need another set of replacement wheels anytime soon but would not hesitate to buy these again.

ordered wrong size but used them and they worked
