After many trials, finally found something that actually works. My partner says that my snoring has reduced by 90% after using the nose strip. My only complaint is the adhesive of the mouth strip; it tends to come off more often than not. Adhesive of the nose strip is great; after the initial days, one doesn't realise it is on.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but these mouth tapes turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. They stay in place throughout the night without feeling too tight, and the adhesive is gentle on the skin when removing them. Since adding them to my bedtime routine, I wake up feeling more refreshed. Overall, a well-designed product that's easy to use.

Minus one star for adhesive quality - feels tacky on the skin once taken off. Revelation for mouth breathers! Wake up fresher, deeper sleep.

Never ever buy this. The adhesive is so strong that my moustache hair and the skin from my lips came off. To an extent that my lip started bleeding. Pathetic.

Helps keep my mouth closed while sleeping. Simple product but kaafi useful hai.

I would rank this decent as product is somewhat doesn't give the quality for the price which we are paying and mouth tape glue doesn't last strong will come off very quickly while sleeping As per nose strips same goes glue is not strong enough to stick to skin majorly who has oily skin even though having drying your face completely to avoid oily skin and apply also doesn't work. These both are not value for money and too costly for the quantity which are provided.
