After purchasing a cheap CCTV camera, it was sent back within one day because it was so poor. Then I purchased Google's Outdoor CCTV system which again, was sent back the following day despite it being £150. I really couldn't find hope with a wireless CCTV system so I searched for a wired one instead. As soon as I received this product, I could really feel the quality. As I mentioned and agree with other reviews, the installation can be quite frustrating as the support isn't there. I'm quite a technical person and it still took me a few hours to finally get everything up and running! The application is temperamental but the DVR is reliable. Motion detection is second to none, really impressed with this. Although once I receive a notification, it takes a couple minutes for me to be able watch it back. I assume it must write to the DVR first before playing back on the application. Night vision, again, second to none. Out of the other CCTV cameras I've tried this is the best definition video I've seen, day and night. Also very happy that it comes with options for two or four cameras. I won't be returning this one for sure.

After downloading the app its suppose to send a verification code by email, unfortunately, as I have my own domain it would not send it, in the end I had to use an outlook email address for it to work, don't know why they cant send a text like most other people, banks for instance do. The next problem is trying to download the manual, mine is the wired system and when you find it online it takes you to a Yale page which tells you its the wrong page and to look online! what's that all about? It appears you can download it from a third party web site but then you are bombarded with download popups for drivers for various software. I did eventually manage to find on Yale's web site but it took a lot of searching for. I did get it working and the quality of the equipment and software is fine, a small point with the camera, if you want it to point downwards it leaves the cable cutout at the top of the pattress which can allow water in unless to silicone round it, a bad design fault,

The build quality on this is brilliant and all the bits feel robust. You get two cameras (weatherproof so they’re safe to use outdoors) and you can set it up to receive alerts or see a live feed at any time (on your phone, there’s no monitor in the set). The added bonus is there’s a 1TB hard drive so footage can be automatically recorded, useful should something happen and you need to see it later - a lot of the cheaper home systems don’t include this. I think initial installation is a bit fiddly but you only need to do it once. It’s a no-frills system but a good bit of kit from a trusted brand.

This is the 3rd video camera set up I have had dealings with. They all seem to share the same user interface which seen for the first time is very techie and has a lot obscure settings accessible from the control panel. However the basic functions can be set from the app, which is also not that inutitive. There are a lot of pit-falls with CCTV for the DIY installer. You really have to think carefully about camera placement and what you are capturing as images, when, and why. The mistake I made this time was allowing emails to be generated, forgetting that if usual people or animals are going to be in the selected field of view, and you are using the motion sense facility they will of course generate a lot of false alarms. This filled up my inbox with 100's of messages. The next bad mistake was fogetting the system password, because the only way of stopping the emails is from the console screen, not the app. Unlike almost any other 'smart' product you can't directly generate a reset password link. It has to be done through an off-line support. Amazon's helpdesk were a waste of time as they gave me information relating to a different product altogether. The Yale helpdesk never called me back after I explained what wanted to do. In the end I had to master reset the system and install everything all over again. (You have to take the lid off the HDD and press a tiny button on the PCB. There's no intstructions about this either) In summary not the easiest thing to set up, but they are probably all similar. Image quality good in daylight, less so at night, but good enough to see the cat that triggered the device!

Questo kit di sorveglianza viene spedito ben imballato e protetto all' interno di una scatola di cartone. Possibili più opzioni di acquisto, personalmente ho scelto la versione con 2 telecamere all' interno del pacco oltre alle telecamere (che sono in HD 1080), troviamo il DVR a 4 canali con un 1terabyte di hard disk, e tutto l'occorrente per il montaggio. L' installazione è stata relativamente semplice, e non ha richiesto particolari sforzi, devo ammettere che i materiali utilizzati sono di qualità e mi sembrano robusti, così come gli assemblaggi. Per quanto riguarda la qualità delle immagini è molto buona e con una visualizzazione chiara e una nitidezza che mi ha sorpreso, offrono inoltre anche una visione notturna migliorata per immagini nitide, anche in condizioni climatiche difficili. Grazie all' applicazione, semplice da usare, posso visualizzare da remoto la mia casa. In conclusione un prodotto ben realizzato a cui sinceramente non ho trovato alcun difetto per ora, se avete bisogno di un kit pratico da installare per controllare la vostra casa, questo fa senza dubbio al caso vostro! Exactement ce que nous cherchions pour protéger le devant de notre maison. Mon choix est notamment plus que validé du fait qu'un cambriolage a eu lieu justement vendredi dernier chez un de nos voisins en pleine journée (fin d'après-midi). Je voulais du matériel de sécurité fiable, au moins deux caméras et enregistrer les images. Je voulais aussi une vision nocturne surtout en ces journées d'hiver encore courtes en luminosité. Cette ensemble Yale répondait donc à mes premières attentes. LES POINTS POSITIFS/ CE QUE L'ON AIME PARTICULIEREMENT : - 2 caméras esthétiques, noires, bien visbles et sobres en même temps je les préfère en noires que des blanches qui jurent sur notre façade de briques celà fait plus moderne. - BELLE QUALITE bonnes finitons je trouve résistante à l'eau (en tous les cas offre une bonne garantie dans le temps d'après le respect des normes annotées) c'est important pour nous, d'autant que notre maison est en bord de mer et à la pluie l'humidité du bord de mer les embruns mettent à rude épreuve toute installation extérieure. - J'aime l'application pour contrôler le tout depuis mon smarphone, celà me rassure (surtout avec ce qui vient de se passer dans le voisinage) - autre + sa vision nocturne les images sont plutôt bien nettes - pour l'installation je ne peux juger car nous l'avons faite installer par un professionnel (étant donné qu'il fallait faire passer les cables en toute discrétion ) LES POINTS NEGATIFS / CE QUE L'ON AIME MOINS : - Je n'ai rien à redire à ce jour au vu de la qualité et des fonctions de l'ensemble. Bewegungsmelder, einbruchsichere Türen und Sicherheitsschlösser reichen bei dem Erfindungsreichtum der Einbrecher heute einfach nicht mehr aus, und so suchte ich nach einem Kamera-Überwachungssystem, das mir weiträumiger mit Akustik und Videoprojektion Sicherheit verschafft. Ich entschied mich als Newcomer auf dem Gebiet für das Yale Smart Home Überwachungskamera-Set, mit 2 Kameras. Der Hersteller bietet darüber hinaus für Kabel- bzw./und WLAN-Anschluss Kamera-Erweiterungen an. Beide Kameras waren schnell montiert. Es ist allerdings auf eine grundsätzliche Fix-Ausrichtung zu achten, da die beweglichen Kugelköpfe nur höhen-, jedoch nicht seitenverstellbar sind. Für jede Kamera wird ein 18 Meter langes Anschlusskabel mitgeliefert, so dass nach Verbindung der Kameras noch eine stolperfreie Verlegung der Kabel im Haus ohne irgendwelche Zusätze erfolgen kann. Ich entschied mich erst einmal für den Monitor-HDMI-Anschluss. Maus-Aktivierung, Geräte-Stromversorgung einschalten .... und fertig. Nach kürzester Zeit erblickte ich auf dem Monitor die Bereiche vor dem Haus, die ich zuvor kameratechnisch fixiert hatte. Das Bild ist einfach Klasse und - obwohl es bereits später Abend war - konnte ich durch die Nachtsichtreichweite von 30 m klar und deutlich die Aktivitäten vor der Haustür beobachten. Es funktioniert bis jetzt einwandfrei und zufriedenstellend. Im nächsten Schritt werde ich die Verbindung mit dem Smartphone testen, um damit auch eine Überwachung während Abwesenheit und Urlaubszeit sicherzustellen. Rund um die Uhr ist - egal wo - der Zugriff möglich, und es erfolgt per Echtzeit eine Information, wenn sich Ungewöhnliches vor oder am Haus abspielt. Ich bin sehr begeistert von diesem Yale Smart Home Überwachungskamera-Set und ziehe bereits eine Erweiterung für den Außenbereich meines Grundstücks in Betracht. Gemessen an Leistung ist der Preis des Sets durchaus gerechtfertigt, und ich kann dieses Produkt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

El sistema es discreto, las cámaras son de color negro, por lo que de noche pasan más desapercibidas, van conectadas por cable, y toda la información la recibimos en el móvil o en la tablet por medio de una aplicación, desde donde lo podemos controlar todo, además nos salta una alarma en caso de detectar movimiento, reconociendo las caras de las personas, toda la información va a un almacenamiento con capacidad de 1 TB, y para buscar las imágenes dispone de un sistema inteligente que busca las imágenes anómalas. es un sistema muy completo, la visión nocturna alcanza una longitud de 30 metros, y las imágenes son muy buenas y claras en todo momento, su precio es el adecuado a las buenas características y funciones que nos ofrece este juego de cámaras de vídeo vigilancia, lo aconsejo totalmente, y sin lugar a dudas, lo complementaré con cuatro cámaras.
