The Gummies is not powerfull for deep , sleep , its not that effective like other alone Melatonin , i didnot like it

Size of the gummies are ok Taste is little bit sweet for me since im pre diabetic person. For me the product is not much effective for me. Still im ending up sleeping like 2am pas. The bad side of this product effect to me in the morning was after i take it for 3 consecutive days my i felt headache and I stopped and not take it anymore. Taste amazing and works really well. Unlike other melatonin gummies I have tried, I actually sleep through the entire night with these. The only downside is they are so sticky! I don't know if it is because they melted a bit during the mailing process since it is summer. It's not a dealbreaker for me but it is annoying having to wash my hands after taking them.
