Great Value, Stylish, and Portable.
This is a different mic arm from my usual, with no spring force at all. This uses screws and washers only to tension the arm in place leading to a clean overall design. The arm is well built, entirely out of steel, and the mount has a lot of surface area and rubber making me comfortable with putting it on any type of table without damage. The arm does well with isolating table noise from bumps and slams. The arm is great for traveling too with the simple designed leading to small form factor. For how cheap it is as a mic stand, it works insanely well with nice cable management route built in.

Simple, sturdy, functional!
This mic arm is fantastic! It's sturdy, easy to adjust, and holds my mic securely in any position not even struggling with the weight. Setup was quick, and it looks great on my desk. Excellent value for the price!

Works Great
While it is a mix of plastic and metal parts, it feels really sturdy throughout with the exception of the end bit that screws into the mic mount. I use a spider shock mount and had no problems screwing it on, although it feels like my large diaphragm microphone is maybe the upper limit of how much weight it can hold (AKG P120). It takes some time getting the mic arm to exactly where you need it and then tighten all the joints so that it stays in place, but I find it can reach both lower and higher than my previous spring arm mount. The desk clamp is nice and tight and doesn't look like it will slip or do much damage to my desk (unlike my old mic arm...). The cable clips included are a big help for keeping the cable from being in the way. Overall, for the price I think it is well worth it.

Great!
This arm is so sturdy, I love it. I immediately attached my mic to it and set it up and it works great. I was worried it wouldn't be adjustable enough but that turned out not to be a problem at all. The reach is great as well, and the channels for cords are super convenient.Def worth the price, would buy again. 10/10

THIS MIC ARM STAND IS NOT FOR HEAVY MICS. THE SCREW HEAD WILL STRIP FROM CONTINUOUS RE-TIGHTENING
UPDATE REVIEW:weeks later, the allen head screw to tighten the joints stripped. My microphone is one of the heavy podcasting mics and it is pretty heavy 2.2lbs sold metal mic.A lil bump on the Mic ARM will "loosen" one of the joints (VERY RANDOM JOINT WILL LOSEN) then I have to re-tighten that culprit.Continuous re-tighten of a random joint to keep my heavy mic up lead to the head screw stripping.THIS MIC ARM STAND IS NOT FOR HEAVY MICS------------------------------------------------------------Item can hold Heavy mics but very thin. about < 1 inch in diameter. You really have to FULLY FULLY TIGHTEN the joints for it to hold up a heavy mic (512 Skylight condenser microphone- about 3 lbs).Once you tighten the joints, there is no turning back. that's the permanent fixture and now you can't "fold" the mic boom cuz you're going to have to loosen and then tighten the joints back up again.

When they say sturdy and durable? They were telling the truth. Buy this now like everyone else.
I was skeptical about the $30 dollar price tag with a $5 dollar coupon to $25 bucks as you get what you pay for but the reviews and amount of microphone arms purchased this month told me to trust it. Besides, it's Amazon. Just return it.Buy this. You won't be disappointed. This came out of the box ready to go. Nothing feels cheap and it's strong materials. The included cable routing clips are simple but super useful. It's the little things.Right? It pivots and bends in all the right angles for your desk. The included hex wrench can be used to tighten each joint to help keep up heavy stuff or keep one joint more stiff than the others. I'm using it with my old Blue Yeti mic (2014) and it fit perfectly after removing the included adapter screw. The Blue Yeti shock mount was a little heavy with the mic due to the offset weight making it unbalanced but Im certain I can tighten the joints to use it with the shock mount. No biggie if it doesn't. I stunt think this was designed with those in mind.

Excellent for the price
Excellent product, perfect replacement from my other mic stand. This stand is high quality and easy to adjust for such an affordable price. My previous mic stand started to grind the metal at the base whenever I turned it, but this stand will not have that issue, due to its excellent designed rotation mount. Easy to adjust with the given tool, and really folds up nice and compact.

Good looking and sturdy
Sturdy and looks good, at this price point it's a good buy. Holds my mic easily and it definitely looks a lot cleaner than the ones with long springs on it. My only complaint is that it doesn't really fold up so easy like the photos show, it'll pinch your cables and you need to adjust the the screws to loosen/tighten it every time you want to do that. but it will swing out of the way pretty easily so it's not a huge deal.
