This eye shadow is great. Smooth and blends easily. Stays on all day and doesn't crease. I purchased 2 that are true to color. Will definitely buy again.

Matte shadow as described. As an older woman, sometimes it's hard to find eyeshadow that compliments aging skin. I learned years ago that sparkly eye shadow doesn't work for mature women. I was looking for something subtle, and this was perfect. It's not quite as much purple as shown, but I can live with it. Better than too much purple. Blends well. It is a powder and not a cream.

Love the color and ease of application. Very disappointed that upon opening the cake crumbed and broke into many pieces and spilled out of the case. Still usable but not what I expected.

I’m 58 yrs old and I’ve been searching for years for the perfect color palette. This one got it right. It is a true neutral palette. There are no shimmery options in it. I feel at my age I need matte eye shadow. I was forever buying a palette with 10 or 12 shades just so I could get 2-4 shades that actually worked. Every single color in this collection works. The only drawback is how powdery it is. I’ve included two pictures showing the residue on the sink and on the palette itself. I still think it’s an exceptional value due to being able to use all 5 shades. I have not experienced any eye irritation. I am very pleased.

I've had this shadow for 2 months. I keep my makeup in my vehicle (I put it in a SnakPak with ice in the summer). This is the first Affordable shadow that has not broken up in its container. This shadow is so creamy, I can see the richness of it on my brush. No powder drops off the brush onto my clothes while applying it. Yet, there's no creasing or pasty feeling. The lid broke pretty quickly and I'd like a more neutral off white color. Hopefully they get more color options. But this is the best shadow I've used in a very long time and it pairs nicely with my Estee Lauder wet/dry shadow. I will definitely buy this again.

I love the color and use a thin tipped brush and apply like an eyeliner. Goes on very nice, but maybe beings it is so close to my eye, my eyes burn, get teary and red. I wish Clinique offered this lovely deep green shade! Anything I use by Clinique doesn’t cause any irritation. I apparently am allergic to some ingredient in this product. So disappointed!
