Crust-Boosting Powerhouse for Homemade Pizza Nights 🍕
I bought this pizza steel to take my homemade pizza to the next level. My standard oven doesn’t give enough bottom heat, and I wanted a way to crisp the crust without burning the top. This steel does exactly that! This thing is heavy, and that’s a good thing. It’s solid steel, smooth, clean, and professional-looking. The quality is obvious the moment you open the box. On the first use, I got a golden, crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese. It cooks faster, which helps avoid overbaking the top. The size of my pizza is is limited by the size of my pizza peel. But that being said, if it's perfectly on this pizza steel. Moreover, the pizza steel itself fit in all three ovens I tried. Great balance of surface area without being oversized. It discolors slightly with use (normal), but it’s easy to clean. I just leave it in the oven full-time and don't have to worry about taking it in and out. Bottom line: This is a must-have tool if you’re serious about pizza night. Solid construction, great results, and totally worth the investment. I’ll be using it for a long time to come.

Great pizza
We love using this for pizza night. Makes them so crispy and perfectly cooked. Pre heat in the oven at 525, bakes for 8 to 10 min. We use Pparchment paper, so clean-up is easy.

Crust was good but….cracked the oven glass
Instructions say to preheat to 500 degrees. I did that and the inside of my oven glass shattered and pizza toppings went flying everywhere. I think this was defective and/or repackaged.

Sticky Substance
Edit: great customer service received a gift and a new round steel. Works great restaurant quality pizza from my oven. Well just like most people mine showed up covered in a sticky plastic substance making the steel unusable as I don’t want that in my 500 degree oven. Looks like customer service is good so I’ll contact them directly, I will update review after dealing with company

Buy it! Great pizzza, bread and more!
I wish I'd known to buy this over the pizza stone. My only gripe is having to wait for it to heat up, but it's well worth the wait. Not just for pizza but for breads, which I prefer to open bake. I would say it's about as heavy as a Dutch oven, but you don't have to take it out of the oven while it's piping hot and risk of burning yourself. Let it cool in the oven as it holds heat for a while. Easy to store. Once seasoned, easy to clean and maintain. I like the size for me, since I only bake 1-2 loaves at a time and my pizzas are no larger than 12inches. The hole in the corner makes it easy to grab. Really wish I could find a 12x12 or 11x11 to fit my countertop oven.

Great crust
We love this. We make pizza on the grill in the summer and the crust is so crispy.

Great product.
Works great. We replaced a ceramic pizza stone that accidentally broke. We make pizzas at least twice a month, so this gets used a lot. The only difference is this is steel, so it will rust. I wash mine, dry it with a towel and then put it into a hot oven to help dry it thoroughly to prevent rusting.

Horrible customer service and a faulty product
****update**** I originally only gave this product 1 star and wrote the reason below, however recently my entire experience changed which I was so satisfied that I changed it to 5 stars and that’s because customer service was top notch. I did mention sending an email to the company with no response but it was an email address provided to me from anazon. After writing the first review days later I received direct contact from the owner who was apologetic and wanted to go above and beyond to make this experience right. I have since received a replacement pizza steel this one is an upgraded version and I am super excited to use it. I did receive a credit for the first one too. I am extremely satisfied on how it was handled and I felt that my concerns were heard and understood and he wanted to make it right and it was. I am leaving my original review because I feel any company that can take an upset customer and completely change their mind simply through their customer service is a company worth ordering from. I received this in the beginning of February to make homemade pizzas for Valentine’s Day. The pizzas weren’t so bad for our first time using the pizza steel but no fault of the product and then I let it cool in our oven overnight to completely cool. The following day when I made dinner I removed it from the oven and wiped it clean with a dish cloth and placed on a flat dish rack to dry overnight. The next morning I woke up and when I entered the kitchen there was a weird smell which turned out to be rust, when I went to locate the source of the smell I had left a cutting board on the counter picked it up starting drying it because I thought water had run off from the dish rack and when I looked at the towel it was brown that’s when I looked to see where this was coming from and I noticed the pizza steel had completely rusted and was dripping rust everywhere on my counter. I immediately called Amazon who will allow a return but I wanted to speak or email the company directly which I did and never received a response. I advised Amazon that I did not have a box and that my post office wouldn’t except, and I was worried that would drop out if the box and ruin someone else’s packages so they said they were sending a fedex pick up that was 6 days ago. I am so disappointed and now I have a ruined cutting board, dish rack, dish towel and no response from anyone
