I first started using Panadol extra advance when I had first COVID injection and took two as precaution in case of side affects. I now buy regularly and add to order with Amazon as cheapest I can find.Now my husband only uses these as his go to painkillers, he prefers not to take Ibuprofen and swears by the pain relief these give him for knee trouble and backache.I am so confident in them and they seem to work within 10 minutes of taking. Have recommended to my adult son as well who will only take these now as his painkiller.

The only paracetamol I buy, exclusively. This stuff works so much better than any of the supermarket branded ‘plus’ ones. It works quickly and does actually hold off a headache for coming up to 4 hours. Easy to swallow too. Continent that each sleeve of tablets can be split into two also for convenience of carrying around. Not sure what they do differently with this stuff but it is 10x better than any I’ve tried. I would always prefer to spend the extra pound or so on stuff I know and trust that works.

The best over the counter painkillers I have ever used. I get migraines at times and can rely on 2 of these tablets to get rid of it if I catch it early. They are easy to swallow with water and leave no aftertaste. I’ve never had any issues with my sensitive stomach either. I like to try and get them when they are on offer as over the years they have increased in price, but I suppose that’s just inflation.They come in 2 sheets of foil and there is a perforation so you can rip them in 2. Nice to have them in a cardboard box rather than the old style they used to come in a plastic pack so it’s good to see the company have gone a bit more eco friendly. Good value for money.
