These are wonderful! I didn’t expect them to be this nice and I was excited when I felt the weight of the shipping box and realized that they really are heavy duty baking sheets. I was even more excited when I opened the box and saw how nice they are. They look just like the more expensive brand I had originally planned to order. I felt around the edges underneath and couldn’t feel any sharp edges, so I won’t have to worry about being ambushed later. They washed up easily in the sink. They stack perfectly. They have a heavy duty look and feel, just like commercial pans. They’re large enough to make plenty of cookies or plenty of roasted vegetables. I haven’t tried baking anything yet, but pans this heavy don’t usually warp. I tested them with a magnet just to make sure and it didn’t stick, so they’re not likely to rust or suffer the fate of cheaply made baking sheets. These will probably last for many, many years if I take care of them properly. Using metal against them will scratch them, so that’s usually frowned upon. I keep wooden and silicone utensils handy in pretty containers near my oven/stove so that I can grab those without being tempted to use the metal ones kept in a drawer. For scrubbing off stuck on food, I usually put a wet rag or paper towel over the spot for a little while and then scrape it loose after it softens. Those fake credit card things that come in junk mail are great for this because you can either toss them or wash them after using them as free scraping tools. (They also make great little tools for emergency drywall or furniture repairs when you lack the proper tools for leveling and scraping repair putty.) These pans were a wise purchase. They were nicely boxed, so they would make a wonderful gift.

I really like these stainless steel baking sheets. These are heavier and sturdier than others. I have baked cookies and buns with no issues. Good heat resistance. I use unbleached parchment paper, so clean up is a breeze!!

First set of really great quality pans,they basically wiped clean, evenly cooked baked chicken, steak, nuggets and fries, great size and you can cook just about anything in these pans,I finally found pans that stay silver and don't turn black, im very happy with the purchase

These are good quality but were advertised as half sheets, they are quarter sheets.

They are nice, sturdy pans. My only complaint is that they are about 1” shorter than standard 1/2 size pans. So my accessories (silpats, cake extenders, wire racks, etc.) don’t fit. I’ll keep them but they won’t have the versatility of true 1/2 size pans.

These are great pans. They don’t twist or bend in the oven. Made cookies and rolled cakes in these pans. Easy to clean as I use parchment paper too. They are a great weight and very sturdy.

Love these pans. Great size . I made biscuits on them and nice even heat with zero burn. Chatgbt told me these were a good buy. The only not really negative thing is they have some weight to them but nothing terrible.

Ease to cleaning and sturdiness

For the price of two pans being comparable to a single sheet at most department or superstores, these are an easy decision. The value is immediately apparent, even before putting them in the oven. Build quality is generally solid. The aluminum is noticeably thicker than the lighter pans I’ve been using, and that translates directly into performance. The usual popping and flexing you get from thin sheets during preheat or temperature swings just doesn’t happen here. They stay flat and stable, even at higher baking temperatures. The edges are cleanly rolled and feel sturdy in hand. That said, the corner crimping is rough. It’s purely cosmetic and doesn’t affect function, but it’s there. If you flip them over and look closely, it’s not a refined finish. In normal use, you won’t notice. Functionally, they hit the standard half-sheet dimensions, which means recipes fit as expected without adjustment. That alone removes a common annoyance when working with undersized or irregular pans. In practical terms, this set moves things out of the thin, entry-level category and into something closer to prosumer bakeware. For baking and roasting in a full-size oven, they do exactly what they should, consistently and without fuss.

صواني استيل لاتصلح للخبز مع ان جودتها جيده تصلح لاي شيء اخر في الطبخ الا الخبز لا توزع الحراره بالتساوي مثل الالمونيوم .....نصيحه لا تستخدموا الاستيل للخبز .

amazing. sad you can't dishwasher them but amazing for cooking/baking they aren't non stick which is what I was looking for and the haven't dis colored since I got them( 3 months ago) they don't warp or wobble they seem like they last at least 10 years I'd buy again and tell my friends

Keeps bending in the oven. Not the best quality.

These are solid. Have been using them for almost a year and they look like new. No stains, no warping.
