Gets extremely hot!
Horrible, horrible, horrible. It gets so hot very fast, within about 2 minutes of massage. I’ve got no idea how long the battery lasts because I’ve gotta turn it off after two minutes. Who wants burnt skin? It is portable and comes with a nice satchel. It appears to be durable and as it’s waterproof it’d be great to use in the shower to loosen up those tight neck muscles. It does have a variety of settings, which is nice. I think, if it didn’t get so hot so fast, it’d make a great portable hand held massager. If you don’t mind it getting pretty hot, then this would probably be good for you, but if you do mind, I don’t think this would be the massager for you. I honestly say I don’t recommend this massager.

Doesn’t “do the trick”.
Not satisfying. Threw away. Update! The seller contacted me and offered a refund, so I’m changing my rating to 4 stars to reflect excellent customer service.

WOW
REALLY STRONG WOW. Not very loud and really compact. Not sure its longevity considering I only got it a bit ago, but worth the price even for short term considering its strength

Charging it turned it on forever
After one decent use, I plugged it in to charge it, and it turned on by itself and wouldn't turn off. I'm currently waiting for it to die, watching it roll around on my bed like a hot dog at 7/11.

Portable and efficient massager
This massager is small compact and does great job. It works well on different parts of the body. The noise level is minimal so it is great to use for relaxing without distractions.

Bad design
Giving this a 2 star because the power is there but the design is awful. Didn't realize the charging port was fully covered by a rubber gasket that is nearly impossible to get back on once removed. I would personally stay away from this product.
