This will relax and make you sleepy
I drank this, and kept feeling sleepy, and it was the middle of the day! so I looked it up, and found out tart cherry juice has melatonin among other things, that relax and make you sleepy. So, I had to give it up for during the day, and only drink it in the evening before bed.

Tart, nutritious and a nice evening habit.
A big favorite! I drink it as my night โcocktailโ. I like the tartness, but some may find it a little too tart. Pouring a glass full over ice helps. It will be very enjoyable during the summer heat, too. It is full of some fantastic health benefits and it helps some people sleep. It is worth doing a little research.

Not a fan of Cha Cha
I absolutely love tart cherry juice. I donโt really know what the Cha Cha is but I am not a fan. I dumped both bottles and went back to the plain old tart cherry juice

Cloudy?
Im not surr I haven't opened it yesterday it looks so cloudy and not red. I read it's supposed to look orange due ti sediment or something just shake. I'm sure. Till then I cannot knock it till I try it.
