How to increase tension on chain
Very functional. Light weight. More powerful than I anticipated.

Great Product nicely made
Great Product, would give it a 7 if I could. Don't usually write many reviews unless really good or really bad. this is really good. Very well designed and quality made with precision. Assembly instructions were good and easy to follow. It surprised me how powerful it cuts. Live in a subdivision so don't have a need for a chainsaw any more but this is perfect for an occasional bush or tree trim. Easy to hang on a nail in garage for storage.

Oil leak, no supports, no reply to messages
Bought this a few months ago, the product instruction is not helpful. Finally, someone helped, then first time, I noticed oil leak, I have sent 3 messages, no reply. Basically they don't stand behind their products and ignored my messages. Basically the saw is trash. Not pleased with this product at all.

Pole saw
Seems to work good so far.

Careful how it's stored
Does the intended job. Motor in the head makes it very top heavy for those lacking upper body strength. Leaks bar oil if stored upright.

Robins will holler over how well it works.
As long as one has a long electric cord, this will do the trick on trees around the house. Did not want another set of batteries to operate. Good for tree limbs ,not however for a schnitzelbank (German woodworking bench in German beer song.)
