Overall the fan is great. Saves lot of power consumption. But one Thing it's not a dustprof but compering to regular fans better. After service is also great. But fans reliability is not that upto the mark brand advetises. It started making noise within 11 months.

Overall, the Atomberg fan is really good. It has good air delivery, runs very silently, and installation was easy. The design and power saving are also impressive. The only downside is that the speed is not as fast as a normal high-speed fan. Still, for daily use and silent operation, it’s a great choice.

Good product Terrible Service I have been using Atomberg fans for almost 3 years now. I have no complaints about the performance of the fans. But they start having issues by the end of the warranty period and inevitably, the motherboard has to be changed. That is understandable. But I hope you have access to service engineers easily. I am told they will come within 24 to 72 h and no one gets in touch. At the customer service portal, if you manage to get past the AI agent, the human will tell you someone will call in the next 2 to 3 hours. Good luck having someone reach out. If products are sold pan-India, the company must ensure technical support is also available in equal parts - especially in a scorching hot place like ours where fans are an absolute necessity!!

I purchased three fans from your brand with the expectation of receiving high-quality, reliable products. Initially, all three fans functioned properly for a few days. However, within a month of purchase, each of them began to malfunction. At present, all three fans have either completely stopped working or are experiencing frequent operational issues. The problems I have encountered include: Sudden stopping of the fans during operation Irregular speed fluctuations Failure to start properly even after multiple attempts Continuous malfunctioning despite normal usage conditions This situation is highly frustrating, especially considering that the products are relatively new and were expected to last for a long time without issues. It is unacceptable for all three units to develop faults within such a short period, which clearly indicates a serious issue with product quality or manufacturing. I trusted your brand based on its reputation, but this experience has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. I have spent my hard-earned money on these products, and instead of comfort, I am dealing with repeated problems. I kindly request the following: Immediate inspection of all three defective fans Replacement of the faulty units with new, properly functioning ones or a full refund Assurance that such quality issues will be addressed to prevent inconvenience to customers in the future I urge you to treat this matter with priority and provide a prompt resolution.
