I got the product replaced on the first day as the glass was crooked. Then it worked fine for some time and suddenly there was a gas smell coming from the stove, I called support and they sent a technician who claimed that the main pipe under the stove was eroded which was leaking gas all inside my home and I need to pay for a replacement while the product was under warranty. We got that replaced. Then after a few months, again the gas smell issue and a burner was not working. Still under warranty, I called support. The said they'll send someone in under 48 hours. I waited 10 days and no one came. This person (called "Blowhot Anju Bangalore" as per Truecaller) phoned me and blamed me for expecting their service. I was told to go to a local shop and get it fixed all the while the gas was leaking and we were scared to turn it on and cook food. Is this the service and the quality of product you sell @Blowhot. Shame on you for putting my family at risk. Never buying anything from this brand. Unreliable product and service, cheap quality product and pipes. The technician is still not here at the time of writing this review.

Good product, but automatic ignition can sometimes don't work, after service is quick and good though.

Decent look and better performance

Bought this for my mother. The stove looks good and the black glass top looks premium, albeit being very reflective. There is ample space to use all three burners at once, and the frame is sturdy enough to handle the load. Auto-ignition is really convenient, and it's amazing that they've provided it at this price point. No QC issues were observed either. Drip trays are easy to clean too. Performance has been really good, but we haven't tested the efficiency thoroughly yet. Installation was done prompty and professionally, as soon as we were ready for it, along with proper follow-ups; fingers crossed for similar decent service in the future. Also, kudos to Amazon for delivering it safely. Personal dislikes are that the lowest heat setting is still pretty hot, the knobs could be better colored for visibility, and some parts of the burner stand are losing colour (probably due to the heat). I will update this review with the long-term experience and efficiency figures some time in the future. But so far, this has been a really good purchase and my mother is happy with the product.

I have been using this from 6-7 months, I have purchased the product after a lot of research online. That's why I choose to spend 5k rs on it and get a 2 year warranty. What I liked so far/- - Product Quality - Tornado Burners (Good air through of Gas) - 3 burners distance (better from cheap products, where you can't actually use 3 burners at same time) What I don't like/- It's middle (small) burner dispenses some yellow flame and it looks like it is not distributing flame in correct way. Rest all good about the product. Conclusion: Still, it's one of the best available Gas Stove in market especially if it's under 4.5k, I purchased it for 5k

The quality is very bad in the sense the day I plugged it to the cylinder the rear left burner was not working on raiding a customer complaint no response from the sales executive and when I called him he said the valve is gone and the valve which Co. Sent is faulty . I continued fir 2 months no response again January all burners were not working properly again complained. One executive called and said will visit soon in the mean time there was a message the case is resolved no one visited to even check what was the problem with the gas stove , a day came when there was load noise from the frnt right burner so showed locally who repaired it , but advised to show the Co. Again last week spoke to the local service centre’s who told me in a day or two their technician will visit but never responded . Again yesterday night whike cooking there was a flame from below the fastmove and had to close the gas cylinder to avoid any accident . Now I am going to file a case in the consumer forum against this irresponsible mfg and see that such quality material is not dumped or sold to customer . I would request Amazon to look into the matter and arrange for a resturn of this gas stove for which one day also the service person didn’t even visit and see or asked about what complaint is there in the gas stove.now it’s the safety of my wife who’s cooking regularly on this gad stove and if anything unusual happens they will be responsible for the same

Nothing special same as other stoves and nope having problem, while switching on also have issues. Don't recommend to buy so expensive stove when we get in very reasonable and affordable price with best functioning.
