Lily Sugar'n Cream Cone Cotton Yarn for Dishcloths, Warm Brown

Pretty color, true lime. Not the softest yarn, but good for making dishcloths and dish scrubbies. I'd say it's a little thinner than a #4 weight, somewhere between 3-4 weight. I know this particular yarn is known for being "splitty", so far I haven't had too many issues with that. I will post some photos after I make up a few scrubbies. The only thing that may keep me from purchasing this again is the price, after doing some research, it is cheaper at local craft stores.

There are not a lot of places to get this yarn in multiple colors sice Joann is no more. I am working on christmas gifts (yeas I'm getting a head of the game) it's a high quality kitchen cotton, good 4 weight yarn. Good strength, and comes in a variety of colors. Crochet up very nicely. I would recommend. Its not a soft yarn but it's a durable yarn.

Excellent color. Timely delivery

This is my favorite cotton yarn. I use it for bags and coasters. I love this color, its one of the best I've gotten. Its a nice purple for spring time. For bags, I like to double up for thickness, so I ordered two. You can use it for a lot of things, not just dishcloths. It gets softer after you wash it. Its a nice weight 4 yarn. It doesn't have lots of knots in it, which I love since it has so much yardage (some knots are expected for this yardage).

This yarn is such an incredibly good deal. These spools are so big! The first time I ordered one, I thought it would last me forever, but I loved it so much that I searched for patterns to use it on. It lends itself PERFECTLY for a crocheted market bag. I got 6 different colors because I love it so much. It's very easy to work with, too.

100% cotton! Durable! Decent strong string quality very little shedding! White white! Repeatedly ordering! Tanglefree! Decent weight! Made a throw and many doilies! Easy to wash!

I like this “cone” of cotton yarn

It’s okay. I notice there’s bits of seeds in the yarn so it looks somewhat “dirty”. As I crotchet with it, the hard shells embedded in the yarn is noticeable and scratchy. The color is nice, but it does untwist easily. The stitches are not so defined but the amount of yarn and the thickness and weight is very economical for making large projects. The amount of yarn in a cone is awesome. Lots of yarn to make lots of household items

I like this yarn a lot. It has nice colors and prefect for what I am using it for. I am making a handbag, and it holds up very well. I would buy it again.
