Amazing in combination with other foods, they all have that mushroom benefit locked in. I'm trying to get used to the reuptake combo with navitas Cacao & sometimes different regular mushrooms worked in. Bennu fb/ Linkedin verified/etc charity. Economy of motion, economy back in motion.
