Amaranth Pop

The product arrived fresh in the thick, sealed plastic bag. I transferred them into a glass container I have just for convenience. The popped grain has no taste. However, it adds crunch to my morning yogurt, and I add it to my overnight oats right before eating. I love the added texture. I needed to increase my intake of fiber, protein, and calcium, but I did not want to eat more or take a supplement. This was the perfect compromise! I will be ordering more.

I love this. It’s a perfect substitute for cereal. I eat it for breakfast with cashew milk and a little maple syrup and it’s perfect. Earlier this year I cut out added sugar but still craved cereal. This was a perfect substitute because it doesn’t get soggy too fast in milk and the crunch is amazing!

This is great! It's kind of bland on its own but I added it to some granola that I made. I like to make my own granola because I can control what goes on it, and I started playing with some cool ingredients like this Amaranth pop and also quinoa flakes and buckwheat flakes. Stuff that you wouldn't find in store bought granola. Not vilifying foods, some are just not good for me that's all. It came out delicious and satisfying. Great with yogurt and fruit and as cereal. This adds a really fun texture that doesn't get soggy. It came safely packaged but I still moved it to an air tight container. I definitely recommend.
