Easy to absorb and super gentle on the stomach!
High quality and works as advertised! I love that it’s pure magnesium glycinate with clean ingredients and added fat-soluble vitamin C. It's gentle on the digestion compared to other forms of magnesium, easy to swallow, and great for nighttime relaxation and muscle recovery. Plus, getting 300 capsules per bottle is an amazing value!

Never go a day without it.
I’m honestly obsessed with Pure Magnesium Glycinate—it’s been a total game-changer for me! These capsules are super high quality, and you can tell the brand cares about getting it right. The magnesium glycinate form is so gentle on my stomach, unlike some other magnesium supplements I’ve tried that left me feeling off. I take one before bed, and wow, it’s like a magic trick for winding down. My sleep has gotten so much deeper and more restful, and I wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy.Beyond sleep, I’ve noticed my muscles feel less tense after workouts, and those annoying leg cramps I used to get? Pretty much gone. It’s also helped me feel a bit calmer during stressful days, which is a huge win. The capsules are easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste, and I love that it’s just pure ingredients—no fillers or junk. The bottle lasts forever too, which makes it such a great deal. If you’re looking for a magnesium supplement that actually works and feels good to take, this one’s the real deal. I’m already looking forward to my next bottle!
