Well I’ve definitely found my absolute favorite extra virgin olive oil. Unfortunately it’s a bit pricey. But, I can promise you this, I don’t care about the price now that I’ve tasted it every day twice a day over the past week. This is THE best tasting olive oil I’ve ever tried and I will DEFINITELY be ordering the two bottles to get that discount. I have tested a few other EVOO’s and none of them has had the perfect balance of smooth flavor, pleasant peppery finish and not overly harsh, and that light and pleasant fresh olive aftertaste. This is definitely an excellent EVOO that you can sip all on its own and it’s actually delicious, not just tolerable for the health benefits. As a cooking oil I’m quite sure this would taste amazing in any recipie that calls for an EVOO. But it would be a pricey option for sure. But if you’re looking for something to sip a shot of a couple times a day for the health benefits, this is definitely the one for me, no doubt. Perfectly smooth fresh taste with a high phenolic content that is certified. Pricey yes, but absolutely worth every penny.

This olive oil is on a completely different level compared to anything I’ve tried before. From the moment you open the bottle, you can tell this is a high-end extra virgin olive oil. We also cook with EVOO. The only alternate fats we use are unsalted butter and cold-pressed coconut oil. I've read a *lot* about this particular oil on the net, it's supposed to be very good for you and you don't use it to cook with, it's more like a morning 'shot' of the best olive oil has to offer you. So here we are, and here it is: a terrific phenolic shot of goodness each day! Worth the money too: what price do you put on your health!
