Sympodium ID350 Interactive Pen Display

Item is stated to be Sympodium model ID350, but what was delivered was the older model ID250 which is of lower value and I could have opted not to buy, or a least purchase at a lower price.

I would have preferred that the seller indicate that the pen was not working. When we started using this device we immediately noticed that the spring in the pen was worn out which meant that the pen was not reliable. Not a big deal; I ordered a replacement pen for $79 from Smart, but it would have been good to know that before ordering. I may have chosen another option had I known. Another thing, there was a lot of dust under the screen in little clumps. The screen looks like it can be disassembled and cleaned with much effort, but again that would have been good to have disclosed from the outset.
