Have been using for close to 20 years. This product works as it states. Better health, color and appearance of your fish. I add once a day to pellets and let soak a couple minutes. Pour water on pellets and pour in tank fish love em. Don’t waste product by adding to tank as I have never seen results from that and it’s wasteful.

I love this for my guppies! I use this product 4 times a week mixed in with food & it lasts me a couple months. Keeps my fish colors bright & helps with tail tears. Bottle makes application easy & functional. I’ve bought this many, many times & it’s worth the extra $ for this vitamin. I noticed very little smell or Oder.

My aquariums are thriving thanks to these vitamins.. it does what it says it will do... healthy fish... live plants are even growing and looking so much better, although this isn't mentioned for plant use.... but be aware it DOES promote breeding!!!! My community tank is keeping me on my toes rescuing angelfish fry...... snail clutches... plecos have starting spawning...Tiger barbs ... and I've now started using it in my guppy tanks... their colors are so beautiful and bright.... had a couple of male fantail guppies with split tail fins this stuff has healed them! I have to admit, at first I was skeptical about it... but now I can't believe what my eyes are seeing in my tanks. I will continue to purchase this product.... it does leave a little white cloud after 1st putting into your tanks , but it clears up quickly!!

Made my own shrimp and snail food and added the vitamins. Shrimp and snails are going crazy about it and no “casualties” yet (about 3 weeks feeding the concoction, so I guess the vitamins are good for them. I have no way to prove that though.

I originally bought this to help a betta recover from a badly torn fin, and boy am I glad I did. I don't add it straight to the aquarium water (which you can do) but rather soak all their food in it before feeding. After a couple of days, I believe I noticed an increase in the rate at which my betta's fin was healing, and he was noticeably more colorful. As an added bonus to fin growth, I noticed that all of my fish seemed to be more active and playful. I can't attest to the increased breeding claim for fish, but after a week of use a large number of my cherry shrimp were much more heavily berried than usual. Depending on the fish you have, how you use it, and how often you use it, it can be an incredibly affordable addition to your feeding regiment. I HIGHLY, highly, highly recommend this product even if you're just looking to add some nutrition to your fish's diet. This review might seem shilly, but it's a seriously useful product at a great price with few alternatives.

Works after only a few uses. My betta had some fin rot and went from a vibrant blue color to pale and almost transparent. His color has almost completely returned after only one week of use.

Great food enhancer, fish do enjoy eating their food with this additive.

I drip this in the fish pellets, as well as dosing just like the directions say directly into the water. I swear by it, in only 2 weeks, my Oscar's HITH began to heal. HITH is caused by several different things, the big four being hexamita parasite, poor water quality, too bland of a diet, and stray electrical current. The fifth cause, which I was sure was a rumor only but I now have personally observed to be true, is carbon in filters aggravate HITH. Just days after adding for the first time in months, the symptoms came back with a vengeance, and I promptly removes the carbon and it stopped getting any worse. In my case, after eliminating parasites as the cause with metronidazol, eliminating stray electrical current with a multimeter, and cleaning up my water aggressively, I understood that the main cause was that my fish needed a more diverse diet and better nutrition. I personally would not buy this as a substitute for a good diet, but if you're in a similar situation as I am, this will help clear up HITH, and help heal the scarring and pitting that occured on my Oscar and also on one of my Venezuelan Pike cichlids. Im quite satisfied with this product, and I say you should give it a try for your fishes, based on my personal experience.

Bought this for my Siamese fighting fish and I add a few drops in his frozen food as it’s defrosting. He doesn’t seem to mind it and eats away at his food happily. So far I haven’t noticed any change, good or bad but I’ve only had him for a few weeks. I’ve read good things about it though so I’ll be continuing with this as a healthy supplement.

I soak all frozen foods like bloodworms and brine shrimp and FRESH BOILED THEN COOLED cod, salmon, beef heart, beef sirloin, chicken and turkey in Vita chem for 5 minutes before cutting into tiny bite-sized pieces to feed to my betta fish. ALL of them are so healthy, with beautiful vibrant colours. None of them will eat betta pellets even soaked in Garlic Guard and/or Vita chem. I've tried at least 4 kinds, even the expensive ones like Nu Life Spectrum for Betta, Hakari Gold, etc. but they always spit them out even after 6-8 times trying to get them used to pellets. It's been my experience that if betta are fed a varied diet (at least 4 different high protein foods) soaked in Vita chem for an extra boost of vitamins, then they can live long and healthy lives. My oldest one lived just past 5 years!

Using this product to stimulate feeding and adding needed vitamins to food,I use on Nutrafin products such as Nutrafin Max for my largerOscars,place pellets in bowl add small amount of Vitachem wait a few minutes and feed.This product can be added to tank also ,found it very good.

Was recommended this by another experienced fish keeper specifically for fin rot and repair. So far I am very impressed with the results and will be ordering the bigger bottle once this one is finished.
