How long battery last. How soon we have to recharge

Athan Frame is designed to stay connected with power adapter to stay on 24 hours so that our customers don’t miss a single Athan. Plus Athan frame is just not a simply an Athan clock it has many other features. Battery is Athan clock is for temporary use and holds 2 hours of time.

I cannot find my Mosque in the search?

Your mosque needs to have the software as well I believe for the prayer times to sync. Contact Masjidal....they are willing to work with your local place of worship

Does it have Audio out?

Yes it has Aux output plus Bluethooth.

The touchscreen on the Athan clock doesnt stay on, I have been sending email and calling to get some support on resolving this issue for weeks

Please shut down the clock and turn back on after a minute , hope it helps .
