Ausegia large food dehydrator pleasantly surprised me. I have purchased 5 different brands and returned all because they were extremely loud upon turning on due to poor construction and loose fans. This Ausegia dehydrator has 8 large trays. It is quiet, well constructed and easy to operate. It has a safety feature to prevent overheating. It circulates heat evenly. My 1st use was to dehydrate parsley. Worked well and parsley stayed green instead of turning dark brown/gray like jars from the store.

It works well and holds a lot of food without being overwhelmingly large.

It makes all my food dry as a bone. The flavor is there, but it lacks moisture after using this dehydrator. The food from this makes me crave water or something to quench my thirst. Whoever thought their wife's roast was dry hasn't seen this machine in action. Works great. The nurse level may be a little loud, but what do you expect when air flow is needed.

In my opinion, this is the best Food Dehydrator I have ever used. I have use some cheap one's , that don't stand up. Best value for the money.

I love this 8 trays food dehydrator! It’s super spacious, making it perfect for big batches of fruits and veggies. The build quality feels solid and reliable, and it’s really easy to use, just set it and forget it. Plus, it operates quietly and the trays are dishwasher safe, so cleanup is a breeze. The heat is consistent, and it definitely saves time and effort. Totally worth the price! I am happy as I had the tower version from another brand and hated it. This one is perfect.

I dehydrate herbs. I’ve been using a round plastic dehydrator for years. Honestly, it’s no better than drying them out on window screen. I decided to upgrade. I researched and read lots of reviews and chose this dehydrator. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but in the end I saved. All of the extras I need came with it. I don’t write reviews until after I have owned a product for a couple of months. I’ve had this for at least that amount and have been wearing it out. I’ve dried every kind of fruit that I want and made fruit roll ups, which I never knew I liked before. I can dry my herbs out in short time and make tea. Have not yet ventured into jerky. The heating is even. Runs quiet. Worth every penny.

I really like this unit. I've been dehydrating stuff for my dogs and myself. Saves money on treats. It works great, Has good temperature, and good size. The quality is nice, easy cleaning and comes with a few extras.
