In the title is says it's 10 to 60 PSI down in the description it says 10 to 4350 which one is it

This is a 10-60 psi switch it has a plug on the end to remove for adjustment screw

How do you adjust the pressure setting?

Small plug on black end remove it you need an allen wrench for adjustment

does this work with 12v dc?

It is just a switch so yes, it will work with 12V just fine. 12V is what i am using it for currently.
