Is this jar meant to come with a foil seal once you remove the lid?

I don’t ever recall seeing a foil seal on the jar as it is open. I’ve been using Boots no. 7 in various forms for forty years and have never seen a foil seal before.

Does it help with sagging and scrawny neck?

I’ve been using no 7 since l was seventeen and l’m now not far off seventy! The issue of sagging is due to lack of muscle tone and to be honest there’s few products that contain fibres and filaments in their creams to tighten the area. However, no 7 can give a much smoother look to the area. I would recommend using both the day and night cream with no 7 serum. I use restore and renew no 7 brand. Over time you will see a difference in your skin.

Definitely seen an improvement

I went from Protect and Perfect to Restore and Renew and definitely noticed the difference. Impressed. I bought the day cream, night cream and serum. It's useful because it works on the neck as well - better than my purpose neck cream I had before.
