I recently purchased these replacement shakes and man my family is obsessed! As a very active family we are also very busy and on the go so we love trying new quick meal replacement options. The 20 grams of plant based protien is what truly sold us as we are always trying to hit our protien goals. While it does contain caffiene no one experienced any jittery feelings, instead we had great energy levels and felt motivated to continue on with our day. Not only is the taste delicious, the meal itself is very filling. Its also important to note how low cal it is considering how much protien there is! We also try to limit excess sugar in our diets so learning how low sugar the product was and that it was dairy free/soy free makes it even better! Overall extremely satisfied knowing how good the blend is for your body and that you wont get the typical protien bloat from consuming! Will continue to recommend to friends!

Bad chemical taste and gritty to me. I was excited to try it so as soon as it arrived I mixed a glass. I took a few sips and had to pour it down the drain. It left lots of grit in the glass. For me it has been a waste of money.

I am always trying ways to slip protein I bought this as way to get a 2-in 1 love that it’s also latte flavored. I blend mine with a shaker and add ice to make it summer friendly. I like how the ingredients are clean and don’t cause bloating.

The product smells good, the texture is decent, the beginning taste is good, until the after taste hits. Thats why my star rating went down… it has a very strong chemical taste after or something m ways off. Then it makes my nose feel weird when I breathe out. Strange feeling. It does make you feel like you just had a cup of energy. But the after taste just doesn’t give me a pleasant feeling or desire to want to drink it.

Been using this for over a year. The flavor was hard to get used to, but I add a shot of cold brew blended with ice and coconut milk and it is palatable. Great supplement to your diet My weight management doctor highly recommended. I am on a GLP1 and it helps regulate my digestion.

The packaging is resealable, although the seal can be a little tricky to close the first few times. Once you get one section lined up and zipped, it becomes much easier to reseal. Overall, this is a convenient and healthy all-in-one morning drink with a smooth texture, simple ingredients, and enough protein to help keep hunger under control.

This coffee is pretty nutritious and fulfilling I find that it’s best paired with a smoothie. The packing is pretty big especially for the servings so it’ll last a while. It’s perfect for vegans and those trying to eat more on the healthier side. Some fruits and proteins it contains are plant based protein, ashwagandha, elderberry, Vitamin C/D and more. I’ll be using this as fuel for my morning day before I go to school pairing it with my morning shake.
