The sink looks smaller than I expected—did I order the wrong one?

Is it a quality issue if the included cutting board is deformed?

Warping of the cutting board is not a quality, Since wood is a natural material, exposure to water causes uneven drying on both sides, which may lead to slight bending. Wet the curved side, place a heavy object on top, 48h to restore flatness.

The sink leaks after installation. Is it defective?

Leaks are usually from sealing issues. Each sink comes with drain parts and gaskets—clean surfaces, install level, and add neutral sealant for best results.
