Fantastic! Love these!
Bought to replace a TP Link Deco mesh system (also a solid option, but didn't have the features I needed). I span up a VM to run the management software, which makes set up super easy, and managing the devices and absolute doddle. That said, I believe that in standalone these are equally as easy - and you can actually manage them with Grandstream's cloud too. Range is absolutely brilliant, and my placement is pretty much the worst (none of mine are ceiling mounted) Network can be configured basically however you like, with 6 GHz, 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz all available in any combination. Channels can be left to auto select, be static, or even auto select within a range you've decided. App is solid too. Things to be aware of - * PoE , and they aren't supplied with an injector (there's no secret with this, it's clearly advertised, but ....Just to remind you! ) * They do run warm. Now that could be my placement, as they aren't ceiling mounted, but again, on to be aware of * Default is high power transmission, which is easily solved to make sure sticky devices roam properly (or set the min signal in the settings) These are incredible value - I just wish that they did a decent range of 2.5GB managed switches that I could add to the management platform. Remember though folks, these are commercial / prosumer devices, so you'll need a little knowledge

Beware if you intend to use VLANs
Great product, well designed and responsive configuration GUI at a reasonable price. Managed locally. I don't use the cloud. ***Need to amend my earlier review. This product does not play well with VLANs. There are many complaints in Internet forums about this issue. In my case, I could not get the GWN7665 to perform DHCP and hand out IP addresses to my wireless devices. It would refuse to connect or connect briefly and, then, disconnect.

Works far better than my old AP. This one provides a much more robust signal.
Easy to use. Just ensure that your switch or injector can handle the load.
