Poor quality poor customer service
This is the second attempt at getting a bike from this company. First one the bike was “lost” in shipping…they offered a replacement that was a different model I asked for a small discount they offered me 20$….i declined… this was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for my 10 year old son. I didn’t plan on a replacement but he was dead set on this bike so after they refunded my money I ordered a slightly different model. After 2 weeks I received the bike. The front forks on the springer front end are 2 different bends and they don’t line up by about 2”. The white walls were dirty…the chain guard was scratched…the wish bone was scratched Complete junk. For 500$ this is ridiculous. Stay away from this company don’t waste your money

Instructions suck, not even a video but if you have some common sense, tools and patience you'll be fine. My son loves it, great starter bike.
