Better than my watch and chest strap
I have a Garmin Fenix 6x Pro watch and it errantly tracks my cadence (160-172) as my heartrate later in a run... which is annoying on easy Zone 2 runs or during races when it's vital to stay below LT2. I also have 2 chest HRMs and they are often inaccurate on cold days until my body warms up... and I don't particularly like how they squeeze the chest or slip down my torso if too loose or sweaty.Now I FINALLY found the solution to more accurate heart rate tracking in the CYCLUS HRM. I wear it in my upper arm and I've had no issues with it. For sizing, it is adjustable to an extent. I have moderate size arms and for me it fits perfectly. But for people with larger arms, it may be a little small. HR seems to track accurately. I've done low HR training as well as intervals. HR follows along well with the workout RPE, not going too high or too low randomly.Overall, I'm completed satisfied with the arm HRM and just wish I would've known about sooner. I 100% recommend.
