Horseradish Roots 1 Pound,(USA Only,Can Not be Shipped internationally) Ready for Planting or Preparing As Sauces or Dressings etc.

I didnt think to take a photo when I received them, but I got some great big chunks of root that were already putting out smaller roots. I split them up into pieces and planted them and now I have baby plants! I'm so excited to harvest these! (In the pink)

Every one of these roots grew for me. Great quality. Great seller. VERY pleased.

Fast shipping and as described. Planted immediately after receiving. Inside of two weeks after planting, we had sprouts protruding from the ground. Today it is thriving even with the cooler days and nights since planting. Would recommend this due to the fact that these roots arrive very healthy, fresh, and in excellent condition.

The roots I received were incredibly fresh and I look forward to planting them. Whether they grow or not is beyond the seller's control, the seller did their part. I am highly impressed by what I received, especially considering past experiences with buying horseradish root for planting online. I received a generous pound of very nice sized, plump root with no mold or strange smells. If you've been looking to buy horseradish root for planting, I highly recommend giving this seller a try. Great value compared to other sites I've looked at.

Not the freshest root but have been able to get roots and shoots started bulk suspending halfway into water. Time will see but they are not dead and it’s January !

Great live root. Used some in a recipe and planted the rest. It has been growing now for 2 years.

I recently moved, and in my new area, none of the stores carried horseradish root, so I bought it online. Fresh horseradish root is pungent, eye watering, moist. This wasn't. I received 2 pieces. one was useless, the other was viable, but barely - dry and not too fragrant. It didn't grate too much better than the rotton one in the attached pic. Unfortunately, I had already bought all my fire cider stuff and had that one window of time in which to make it, so thankfully one of the pieces was at least usable. After grating and googling to see why one piece had that brown stuff in the middle (see pic), I tossed it. I requested a refund for at least half the order as in fairness, I had used one piece, but also said I felt I should receive a full refund because the piece I used wasn't very good, and had I another option for a fresher piece, I'd have tossed that one too and used none of it. The gave me a refund for half. How could they not have, given the picture of its condition? Unimpressed with the product and the company. Next time I'll drive 30 minutes to Whole Foods and then buy everything else before I make my next batch.

I did not place 3 very large and one medium cutting on the scale to verify weight but I received more than just a pound. All wrapped together in a moist paper towel and placed in a ziplock bag, most were starting to sprout. If they fail to grow, it will be 100% on me. I was provided with large, fresh, spring cuttings that were 100% viable. I got more than what was advertised in every category. If I could give a plus or extra star, I would.
