I’m so impressed with this little thigh trainer! It may look simple, but it definitely gives a great workout. The resistance is just right—not too easy, not too hard—and I can really feel it targeting my inner thighs after just a few minutes. I love that it’s compact and easy to use anywhere. I’ve used it while watching TV, sitting on a mat, and even squeezed in quick sessions throughout the day. The built-in counter is such a nice bonus because it helps me stay on track and actually see my progress. What I didn’t expect is how versatile it is—I’ve also used it for glutes, arms, and even some core work, so it’s more than just an inner thigh tool. It feels sturdy, well-made, and comfortable to use without slipping. If you’re looking for an affordable, convenient way to tone at home without bulky equipment, this is absolutely worth it. Great addition to my daily routine!

This is made well, solid, moves smoothly , and the wide ends make it very comfortable to use. Much better than the old version of the thigh master I grew up knowing!

I gave this 3 stars. It works well, but I find it terribly awkward & uncomfortable to use. They say, “no pain, no gain”, but the pain should not be caused by the equipment. I’ll keep it, but will find a way of padding it somehow to make it comfortable to use.

The design makes it uncomfortable when used as shown. Turning it around so the hinge faces me — and covering it with a sock to prevent pinching — works much better. The concept is good, but the ergonomics need improvement. It also keeps sliding down.

I do not like this at all. It’s the most awkward contraption and constantly slides down no matter how I use it. I don’t feel like it has helped me at all as a postpartum mom.
