This is an electrolyte pouch not just flavor if used correctly it will taste a bit salty just like other brands such as liquid IV, but hey it works.

I cannot stress how much I *love* these liquid death electrolyte packets. We have a whole house water filtration system meaning we can drink the tap water and there's no harsh chemicals in it. I can use these packets with our tap water or I can use them with the refrigerator water, still or run it through the sodastream. The only problem with the sodastream is you need to pour slowly, dissolve it while it's still shallow and then top it off or you'll wind up with an explosive mess on your counter....ask how I know 🤣😂 as far as cost goes these packets are significantly less expensive than liquid IV packets or the liquid death cans. That said I'd say make your vessel count. I use the venti tumblers, usually un-iced, and it quenches my thirst as well as the large highball cans.

I work outside in extreme weather conditions. I’m constantly in need of electrolytes to maintain hydration and this fit the bill perfectly. It does dissolve well and hits quickly. This product is cheaper than better known brands but has the same hydration abilities and is of equal quality. Mixes well in ice water or room temperature water.

As always, liquid death has done it again. Great flavor, not heavy like other electrolyte mixes, and mixes well.

Product arrived expired. Tastes kind of gross and artificial and nothing like the stuff from the can.
