Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

I bought this Eufy robot thinking it would make life easier, but it completely failed after just two months with a hardware problem. When I contacted customer support for warranty, the nightmare started. It took a whole month of back-and-forth emails before they even arranged for a courier to collect the product, and I still haven’t heard back since then. On top of that, they say in their terms that if the product gets damaged during shipping (with their own courier), I lose the warranty! This is completely unacceptable. The device is unreliable, and the customer service is frustratingly slow and unhelpful. I regret buying it and strongly recommend avoiding this brand.

Good machine, doing things well. It supports upto 5 levels of home though I required only two however I am not able to Mop at the floor which is away from base stations even with limited capability and manual support, there need to be some workaround.

Average, water used for mopping is good for first 10 minutes. Post that mopping is not great as the refilling is not taking place. I don't know whether the MOP gets watered or Its the wet mop used. If so it gets dried faster. Not good for a bigger house. Try EUFY 28 bigger version with high suction power

An Update as I have had it for almost a year now. Still love this machine. With the regular reminders for scheduled maintenance, it's still performing like the first day. There are mapping "shifts" that seemed to come up recently but I just had to re jig the map. I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with "catch up" cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don't have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors. I try and use it daily, that's the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well. The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it's own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need. As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things. I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Reading about the other options out there from the cheaper to the more expensive, I found this one to be quite good overall. The app is great for telling me how to maintain the machine parts, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance of your home assisting cleaning supplies. The better care they receive the better cleaning ability they can produce.

Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

O robô cumpre o que promete, aspira e passa o pano muito bem. ele desvia dos obstáculos muito bem eu estou gostando dele só que eu acho o valor alto nem todos podem pagar esse preço em um robô, acho que uns 3,000 já estava bem pago. Enfim ele ajuda bastante na limpeza diária, estou amando passando ele todo dia o chão fica muito limpinho, quem tem condições podem comprar vale a pena sim.

After 1 use i live it already.the setup is as easy it could be. They only thing you have to do is add it to the wifi and Bluetooth. After that is done he will mapping your rooms keep all doors open. The cleaning is very good lift dog hair from carpet aswell. Very happy with it.

I really lost count how many months I've had this robot vacuum. I can assure you these vacuums are some of the best things you can purchase. Maintenance is so minimal, and if you schedule the work properly, you'll end up refilling the water once a week at worst (in my case at least). Replacement parts are not that expensive if you know where to look, and those parts last for several months before needing a full replacement. Sure I've had ups and downs the it comes to the AI avoidance; I've lost a vase thanks to it, but honestly I don't mind since it keeps getting updated and maybe soon enough it won't drag on thin cloths. Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase. The vacuum isn't the best in class, but honestly you don't need an expensive one if this does the same thing.
