Absolutely love this desk chair! From the moment I sat down, I could tell it was built with comfort and quality in mind. I like this chair a lot. It was easy to assemble, feels to be made of quality construction and materials, and is comfortable. I can sit all day in it as I work from home and remain comfortable. My previous chair was old and my back, hips , and legs would ache after a while. I no longer have this issues using a new chair. My only criticism is that the chair’s height cannot be adjusted. Fortunately for my 5’8” frame the height is just right where my feet can rest flat on the ground and my knees are at a 90 deg angle. You can adjust seat depth which may work for most people to get their legs where they want. The recline and leg rest are features I really enjoy. I do have to adjust the head rest based on when I am upright vs reclined but it’s a welcome option for me when I need a break. I also give kudos for the inclusion of spare fasteners. During assembly 1 fastener wasn’t threading in, but the spare worked and I was grateful to have it.

The parts are made with obvious quality and sturdiness. The directions are clear and despite the multiple parts, the chair goes together quickly. I spent about 20 minutes unpacking the parts from the box and laying them out and about another 35 minutes putting the chair together carefully. Accordingly, I would imagine an average time of 1 hour to put the chair together. This is hands down, one of the most adjustable chairs I have ever purchased. The back of the chair can be adjusted vertically; the lumbar support can be adjusted vertically and made to feel firm or less firm with the turn of a knob. The headrest is also adjustable in many positions and heights and will give you more than adequate neck support in any position. The chair recline position is easy to lock in place and unlock. It can be left free to rock and the tension can be adjusted as well. I really like the fact that it can lock in a reclined position as well as any other position it goes in including upright which is how I lock it when working at my desk. The chair easily transitions between work and relaxation, and it is worth noting that many similar chairs will not lock in the reclined position. This chair does. The mesh is very high quality and comfortable, but you can also get this chair with a seat cushion instead of mesh to sit on. I would recommend this chair over many popular models including models that are hundreds of dollars more. The main con I have so far is how much unwrapping I had to do with all of the original parts. I also would have preferred an included wrench with one short side to avoid hitting parts while turning the bolts. I also suggest that you use the box to rest the chair against when you are putting the two big pieces together right before placing the chair on the gas lift/wheelbase. One other con would be no locks on the wheels, but this is exceedingly minor and only really bothersome in the fully reclined position as the chair sometimes keeps moving after you recline. The chair is very comfortable, and I could easily sleep in the chair in the reclined position, so a good napping position is an additional feature of this chair.

I have to say this chair surprised me in a good way. The parts feel solid and well made, and even though there are quite a few pieces, the instructions were clear and easy to follow. - Easy to put together, took me around 30 minutes unpacking everything and about putting it together by myself. Btw it was nicely packed. - Adjustable, the backrest, lumbar support (it was a bit difficult at first to get used to it but now I like it), headrest, and armrests. - You can lock the recline in different positions or leave it free to rock. - The mesh material feels breathable and comfortable, especially if you sit for long periods. - Chair feels sturdy once assembled and looks nice as well. Overall, I think this chair offers great comfort, adjustability, and value for the price.

First negative review I have given to anyone, I think, and I buy a heck of a lot off Amazon. TERRIBLE customer service. I called and stated my neck is having SIGNIFICANT issues because I can't figure out how to raise the chair so my shoulders are up by my ears with these arm rests. My previous neck injury was the reason I purchased this chair and it made it significantly worse. I just wanted to have someone tell me how to raise it. I have tried every button and lever, and nothing seems to move it. Seems like this should be the easiest feature. I sure hope this is already in the raised position because if it is, this chair is made for people who are under 5' tall at best (I'm 5'7" so not exactly a giant). It is no wonder that it is no longer offered by the company on its website. The woman said, " Take a video and email it to us for quality review. I said I don't know if it is a quality issue. I just want someone to tell me how to raise the seat. You want me to take a video of me sitting in the chair? She then repeated the same statement about 20 times, and I provided the same response each time. I asked whether this was a 3rd-party customer response team, and that is why they can't answer a simple question? She said they work for the company. I asked to speak with someone else, and she repeated the same statement, totally ignoring my request. It was the equivelant of a recording. That must be the 15-word script they give to customer service, or what they programmed into their AI product. EASY to train or program for them, useless for the customer. Your customer service should be able to respond to a simple "how to use or setup" question, then if that doesn't work and there appears to be a quality issue, then the video's are required. I'm back in physical therapy due to this stupid chair.

The best pffice chair ever, anf i have had a few, extremely comfortable

This is a beautiful chair, and for most people would work very well. Every adjustment imaginable. For me it didn't work because the lumbar support is quite aggressive and I have a scoliosis that doesn't tolerate being curved the opposite way. I purchased the chair because the lumbar support is adjustable. But even at its lowest setting it was still too much for my back. But that said this is an excellent chair. Just didn't work for my problem.

I work from home most of the time, and this chair has been a lifesaver! Super easy to adjust, really sturdy, and the mesh keeps me cool during long hours. The hidden footrest is a nice bonus. I pull it out when I need to stretch or relax for a bit. Comfortable, stylish, and totally worth it!

The chair quality is good for the price, and it’s comfortable in most situations. However, for me, it’s a bit too “sit straight to maintain good posture.” While I don’t mind this, I prefer something more relaxed and comfortable. Good chair overall.
