This helps me with my migraines! It feels so good around my head. Just the right compression in my opinion. I wait a few minutes after taking it out the freezer because it’s too cold for me and kind of hurts but it’s perfect after 3-5 minutes! It stays cold for about 30 minutes and I wish it was longer but it’s just enough to get me feel better. Happy with my purchase!

I have a handful of migraine caps. I suffer with migraines and tension headaches that escalate to a migraine as well as hormonal migraines. I have two of these and only will use my other ones if these ones aren’t cold anymore and I’m waiting on them to get super cold again. These stay cold for about 20-30 mins compared to my thinner cheaper ones only staying cold for about 10. These ones are bulkier and heavier but I think that the weight honestly adds to how well they work. I’ve fallen asleep with it on and I have a very hard time falling asleep with migraines. It’s like instant relief when you put it on and lie down. Gonna get a couple more of these and retire my cheaper ones. This is wellllll worth the money

Love it for headaches and migraines. It’s soft and the perfect amount of tightness. The cons is it’s too cold right away. You have to take it off and let it warm up. Doesn’t last very long. I have 3 head wraps because they don’t last long. But i love them for my migraines.

I’ve literally just tried it and as soon as I took it off I had to come and write a review! I’ve waited until I get my headache that wouldn’t go away with whatever I do or take. This thing actually works! I’ve put it on for about 30 mins and ITS GONE!! Very comfortable cold fabric from the inside, flexible enough but still keeps you snug in a way that soothes your head. If you get frequent headaches from the back of your head then this is for you!

I have a smaller head and am sensitive to head pressure, especially when I'm experiencing a migraine, which is when I want to use this. I was surprised that it actually felt snug enough to stay in place and provide a very slight amount of pressure even on my little head. The material is legit squishy and comfortable enough to sleep with it on, that does mean it doesn't stay cold for as long as ice would, but it's much more comfortable. It has a slight factory scent but not any kind of intentional added scent.

Excellent quality and really works. Not tight but gives a nice hug to the head. Also, it’s almost black out and helps with light sensitivity. Super comfortable. Also, come with a little bag you place it in the Freezer to protect. A nice touch and great quality. Pretty Colour

This is very comforting, the pressure eased the pain, the chill is soothing for migraines. It’s much more effective than piling a heap of cold packs around my head. It feels soft and comfortable.
