GMWD Dual-Station SmithΔ Machine Power Cage, All-in-One Home Gym Workout Station with 121LB Weight Stacks & Cable Crossover, Professional Functional Trainer for Couples & Family Strength Training

It took me about 2 days to put it together, just went carefully through the directions, but got it done. It works great and I have had no issues. I use the set and exercise every day after work. I love being able to just go down to the basement and get a quick workout in without leaving the house. Now I exercise everyday rather then only 3 times a week if I make it to the gym. I can be creative with the set and do different exercises for each muscle. This set hits every muscle group, it is all you need. Highly recommend. Good price and good quality.

Amazing. Does it have its flaws, yes. It’s not super study, but for me it works perfect for a garage gym and the 5 am lifts that you have to do once you have little ones whose sleep schedule is intermittent at best. Would repurchase. Love the product. Just for reference, 6’0 215. Avid gym goer prior to having a little one One piece of advice, watch the YouTube video about the installation. Lifesaver.

This gym has everything you need. Love it!

My wife and I love this piece of equipment. You can workout everypart of your body with an exceptional amount of variety. My only complaint is that I'm 6'1, and have a decent arm span. I wish the cables had a little more length to them, as I typically run out of cable before I can hit full extension

Pulley system doesn’t work that well unfortunately. Comes off the tracks, not very smooth. Also, this machine is not ideal for anyone 5’10 or taller.

My husband and I installed it in a full day; it's easy but requires a lot of patience🧏🏻‍♀️🥲. Some of the pieces were slightly damaged, but nothing major. The end result was worth it; it's more than I expected. I'm ready to start this year 2026 with lots of energy!

Yeah this machine is pretty awesome. Really impressed with the leg press, and the smith machine is very smooth. The whole machine is very sturdy when doing pull ups. I was worried about the quality with it being a better bang for your buck than most brands. Not just the material quality but all the welds are made well too. Just wish there was more cable length on the front cable flys. Cord H2 needs to be longer and cord H1 shorter. I was able to fit it with 89 inches ceiling height, but you do need roughly 95 inches around the pull up area and to comfortably you need an additional 4 feet on each side of the machine. 4.75/5 ⭐

Amazing machine. Takes a while to assemble but is an enjoyable process with great step by step instructions. I’ve had this equipment in my garage for a few months, we use it daily and it works great. Highly suggest to oil the pulleys when assembling and every 3 mths for best performance.
