Easy to prepare and digest.

I love oatmeal! This wa nice and easy since it came as individual packets. When I'm in a ruch, I don't have time to wait for oats to cook so this is a welcome way to eat oatmeal. The best part though, is the Nutrition information. Nothing has been added like, sugar which is usually in quick oats.

I bought four kinds of oatmeal just to find my favorite and this one would have been my favorite had not been for Nature's Path Homestyle. To be clear, this oatmeal is excellent and I only gave it a 4 stars because to me the other product gets 5 stars. Tastes are different so you may find this to be the better product. I would certainly give it a try because it is an excellent product.

Good instant oatmeal. Even though regular oatmeal is likely gluten free, sometimes it can contain trace particles of gluten. This one definitely is gluten free and tastes great.
