Updated review: upon leaving my initial review, stating the issues I had with the door functionality, this company contacted me to try and make it right. They replaced my case, and the new one works perfectly! The door stays shut. I'm leaving my original review just for reference, but the fact that they do have these that work as intended and that they take customer reviews seriously gives me tons of optimism towards, and respect for, this company. I'll also reiterate that this case is really top notch when it comes to strength, protection, and hand grip. It's quite difficult to remove, but I prefer that in the long run as it's a case I expect to stand the test of time. It's got quality enough that I feel comfortable in expecting this. I continued using the case with the door failure until they sent a new one (so for a few weeks or a month), and it shows no signs of wear at all. It's in the same condition as it was brand new. I'll update after some more time. Original review: The door that is meant to cover/protect the camera lenses doesn't shut all the way/stay shut. This feature specifically is the entire reason that I chose this product. It's too costly to be ineffective. Other than that, it feels like a very well built and effective case. I debated returning it over the camera cover issue, but don't want to risk getting something else that has a similar issue but not the sturdiness of the case overall, so I've opted to keep it until I can afford something similar with better camera coverage. The case really helps to keep a grip on such a big device, which I love. It's easy to put on without seeming loose or flimsy. I also love how easy it is to find the buttons, and how it's always obvious you've pushed one when you're intending to do so. I've had other cases that weren't this way, and it was annoying. All of the ports and holes are in the right locations without any overlap to cause inconvenience. The case fits exactly around the border of the screen protector I got, so I suggest getting a protector that includes a frame that drops it in the exact right place so you don't end up having it impeded by the case or vice versa. The camera cover door is very tight, which helps it double as a kickstand. It also helps to keep the door from flopping all the way open, since it doesn't sit in place well enough to stay closed. It doesn't sit flush with the lenses as it's meant to, but just above that spot. You close it, it pops back up a little. Every time. It will protect the lenses from direct scratches at least. But NOT from dust and lint. The design would be great if not for the camera door not functioning fully as intended. The little tabs that are supposed to keep the door snapped into place are either too smooth, or too small. Overall, I would only purchase this again if I didn't care about camera protection. You can't use other camera protectors beneath the door, so it's not possible to use backup protection for them. I trust that it will protect the rest of my device very well though

SUPCASE for Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra – Model UBMag XT This case is brilliantly designed and constructed. Pros: - A little door protects the lens against damage, dust, fingerprints, rain, etc. The door snaps closed with two detents holding it down; I use my thumbnail to pry open that door. Because the hinge is tight, the door holds its position at any angle, from closed to fully open (180 degrees). A partially open door can act as a brace to view the screen vertically or horizontally. SupCase claims that the door will function for 160,000 open/close cycles. Said cover door is perfectly aligned on my case and stays firmly closed. Do not oil the hinge! - My S25 Ultra was a perfect fit in this case, with no gaps; snap it in the case by pressing down on the Ultra’s front corners. It can be popped out if necessary, e.g., to install a screen protector. Our T-Mobile store installed a Zagg XTR4 screen protector – perfectly aligned on the screen – which didn’t interfere with the case at all. - The four case corners help protect the phone against drops and help me hold onto the case. Those corners are a rubberized material; the same material is on the four sides and also protrudes just beyond the screen, making the case “grippy” in my hand. The S25 can be laid screen side down safely on a flat surface without it slipping or the screen touching anything. - The painted parts of the case are aluminum. The only steel is the hinge pin. - The circular magnet on the back is firmly glued between the aluminum shell and the inner material, and is compatible with all MagSafe accessories such as their wireless chargers. Unlike cheaper look-alike cases, this magnet won’t fall off with a glue failure. Old style wireless chargers won’t work with this case or the S25. - The inside of the case is covered with a thin shock-absorbent material. - Touch the top of the S-pen and its top handle pops out, allowing it to be easily pulled out of the phone. - Case fits perfectly in my XXL sized hand. - Looks and is, tough. Cons: - when set flat on its back it will rock side to side because the lens cover pokes out a bit. - there is insufficient space for the lens cover door to close if aftermarket lens covers are used – but they aren’t really needed anyway with this case. Other: Some customers had lens door closing or alignment issues with the lens cover door on their UBMag XT case. The solution is to check the door thoroughly when your case first arrives. If it doesn’t work perfectly, return the case for a replacement. This is a great choice for an S25 Ultra case.

I like this case, especially the lens cover. Sometimes when I forget to close the cover I'm reminded of how much dust and fingerprints can get on the lenses and this protects them well. It also works well with a cup-holder MagSafe phone holder. If you don't have a mag safe holder, I recommend you get one since they are so superior to other types of phone holders. It also does not seem to prevent wireless charging. I can lay it on a wireless charging pad and it recognizes, though sometimes I have to go up or down a little bit until the part in the charger is underneath the part of the phone it needs to be under. The lens cover is pretty stiff but it's actually too small to be used reliably as a camera positioning device (tripod) when taking photos. It has a thick firm rubber around it so it should cushion the phone pretty well if the phone was dropped. There is a little raised ridge around the screen so if it were dropped perfectly flat to the floor, that would protect the screen, though if the screen hit a rock directly of course the case could not protect against that.

I bought the black one and overall like it. It feels sturdy. The opening for the charger is big enough that cable fit easily. Another customer complained about the lens cover not closing and I have the same experience. It doesn't lock shut but it also doesn't open. The magnet is strong.

My last case broke after about several months. I depend on the camera lens cover to protect them. Especially since the lens protrude so much. So I got this case and for the price it is worth it. The case is well made and the lens cover door is solid and closes with a snap. Color is nice (black). The mag safe works well. I have a stand in my car and house and my phone doesn't fall off. Heavy bumps in my car and the mag safe holds firm. I can charge my phone wirelessly on the stands with this case. The fit is perfect and I have easy access for my stylus wired charging port. I even have a metal plate between my case and phone for my tether and it still fits well. The ridge is raised enough around the display screen to protect screen side down positions on tables. My screen protector fits inside of the case. Drops and bumps don't bother this case.

I bought a black color case after returning a popular brand of case for my S25 Ultra. It was nice but it didn't offer the kind of protection this one offers. The installation was easy. The case has a solid feel to it. I like the texture on the case, feels grippy on the side. And the case does not feel bulky to me. To top it off, the case is stylish, not designed with crazy graphics/pattern, though having a bit of color pattern would be nice. As for the camera cover, it is great, main selling point for me. It was important to me that it protects the camera lens if phone fall or when I accidentally placed the phone(camera side) on a unwanted surface. Even with a set of ESR len covers installed, the cover closed with no problem. You can still hear the click when it closes. Additionally the metal cover feels solid, not flimsy. The hinge holding the cover seems well built. I hope it will last many years. As for charging on wireless charger, it worked fine. I placed my phone+case over a Samsung charger from 2017(for my old S9), it charges with no problem. Furthermore for extra protection, I got a lanyard that you can loop through a special lanyard port(corner of the case). Lastly the Spen has no issue interacting with the phone though it was only a really short test. However I would not be concern as the manufacturer claims that no issue with Spen and case. In summary, I really like the case so hope it will last many years.

This is a nice sturdy case, with magnet on the back for charging, and a sturdy metal camera cover. I've had it on my phone since march 2025, it's been dropped, scratched, taken swimming, carried around, splattered with paint and cleaned off, stuck on magnetic chargers, stuck in car pockets, etc. etc. and it just has some minor scratches around the magnet. I am very happy with the case, and I like the red color.

When any kind of magnet is attached the phone gives messages about magnetic interference. I don't know if there is a way to better shield this . But the protection is great for the phone and the camera lenses.

I've been looking for a rugged phone case with a camera lens cover and lanyard attachment for a while, and this one ticks all the boxes for me. The camera cover closes securely, the case fits well, and the overall build quality feels solid. It also works perfectly with my tempered glass screen protector. My only criticism is that the camera cover isn't fully sealed when closed. There's a gap under the finger cutout used to open it, which allows dust and other debris to get inside.

I have given 5 stars because after a week of use that's how I feel about it. I like the rigidity of the case, it feels solid and like a lot of cases that claim tough armor it has hard rubber on each corner which would undoubtedly save it from damage, but most dropped phones seem to hit the ground at every angle except the corners! Flat on their front or back is more typical. The 1.8mm raised rubber lip around the screen may help with a face down drop, who knows? A back down drop should also be ok as the rear seems pretty tough. The metal camera lens cover is a nice touch and I hope it stays stiff as it is opened and closed frequently. It needs to be tight and stiff so it functions well as a stand. The camera cover clips firmly into 2 small hard rubber recesses. The added bulk is not excessive and does not increase the size of the phone too much. Overall it is a decent case and is a very good price, only £15.99 at time of purchase. I am concerned about the screen so I will need to find a quality glass screensaver that is a little smaller than most so it does not lift when refitting the case to the phone. The side buttons are tactile and function well. The case looks nice and has nice detail with good grip on the sides. I have a very cool mag stand that snaps onto the back of the case satisfyingly and holds solidly, taking some effort to pull it free. I would not use the loop to dangle the phone over the edge of a boat or a sheer drop, just in case but an awesome accessory nevertheless. I have also just purchased a 15W mag charger that functions flawlessly with this case. I have a really nice wrist and neck strap set from Takyu which is highly recommended. I used it with a tether tab that is sticky one side and dangles a metal loop through the charging port, NOTE: initially I was frustrated with this as the tether tab lifted the phone slightly and showed a bit of the silver frame at the bottom front of the phone, however I persevered and after a couple of days it has settled down and looks much better. I initially bought the other SUPCASE Pro with the kickstand and choice of two frames, but I found it fitted poorly, may have been a one off, I don't know. However this one with the camera cover and magsafe compatibility is superior for me. I now need to find out which glass screen protector will work best with it.
