I'm dreaming again! A day or two after I started taking this vitamin I started dreaming again! It's been 2 weeks and every time I close my eyes it's more dreams. I'd like to think that it's giving my brain something that it needs that's been missing. Be aware of this vitamin does not have iron in it as it's meant for post menopausal women. I happen to need iron so I take a separate supplement. Pill is surprisingly small compared to other multivitamins I've taken over the years

I have been taking these for a few years now. I have been so consistent with them, I can’t confirm an energy boost, but they have all the nutrients I look for in a multivitamin. They are huge though, so on those days I just can’t manage a pill of this size, I can treat them as chewables. They don’t taste great, but the contents are loosely compressed so the pills can easily be chewed.

I struggle with my energy levels. When I am eating healthy foods in conjunction with these vitamins I definitely notice a difference. Ive been taking them for about 7 months now.

A lot of multivitamins make me nauseous. This one didn't and it's easy to swallow.
