They stick well and do help with my snoring. The extra strong are far better but just can’t warrant paying that price for a weeks worth of strips. Easy to use, hurt like hell to remove. Breathing is far easier.

This is the only nasal strip that works well for my husband who has strong allergies and helps him sleep well at night. It has reduced his snoring, improving his breathing, and it's easy to use.

The best snore strip. Adhesive strong and does not come undone like cheaper strips yet easy to remove with a little water. Stops me snoring and gives both me and OH a good nights sleep. Worth the premium price tag.

**See update at bottom about reduction as of July 2026** I’ve used these for a few years and provided you wash and dry your face before you apply them they work pretty well. I definitely breathe more easily and I feel like they generally improve my sleep. What I don’t like is that in the last 6 months they’ve been redesigned and are more uncomfortable. The strip itself if stiffer which is more uncomfortable. I also feel the adhesive has changed as I frequently get an itch under the strip which I wouldn’t get with the older design. I don’t have issues removing them in the morning but you can’t just rip them off; you have to splash warm water on the strip for a minute at least then they come off more easily. **UPDATE** Just received a new pack and the quality has plummeted. The strips are different in colour (more orange than previous beige). Two successive nights and the strip has come off while I was sleeping leaving lovely adhesive on my nose. Just useless now. Don’t buy.

Opens airwaves as would hope, but still snore with it on. Can feel that breathing is improved wearing it, but seemed better for me during daytime than night.

It’s the best quality, easy to use with long lasting adhesive that gives me a great breathing relief all night long.

You guys never said it's not reusable....

Bisher die besten, die ich probiert habe- und es waren einige. Sie kleben gut und gerade weil sie schmal sind, sitzen sie gut auf der Nase. Nasenpflaster sollen nur die Nasenflügel punktuell etwas anheben, daher sind breitere Nasenpflaster für mich Quatsch. Zu beachten ist jedoch: Nasenbereich gut entfetten, am besten mit kosmetischem Alkohol und Wattepad. Man muss ein wenig üben um das Pflaster gut zu positionieren. Und ganz wichtig! : Mehrmals über die Klebfläche streichen, ruhig 30 Sekunden, so wird der Kleber besser aktiviert. Zur Größe: Meine Nase ist etwas größer, aber denke im Normbereich. Dennoch ist die Größe perfekt. Für kleine Nasen wäre eine andere Größe bestimmt passender
