Nice addition to the Vortex glass pack, fits well but is pretty small for the price.

Works as a expected

I went from the Vortex bino/range finder cases that came with my Vortex’s to the small and added the hand muff, small zipper pouch to go opposite the range finder pouch, and the underside zipper pouch. They’re worlds apart, this is significantly quieter, has accessory options as I mentioned above and is comfortable for all day hunts in both early and late season hunts. I gave it 4 stars for four reasons: 1) Adding the hand muff pouch below the zipper pouch is easy but the hand muff pouch unbuttons easily, the zipper pouch needs the same Molle webbing as the bino pouch. 2) The zipper pouch that I previously mentioned is kidney shaped and doesn’t hold a phone or calls well, the bino pouch is advertised as being able to hold a phone between your chest and the binoculars but it’s a tight squeeze, for reference I’m athletic and former military and like to wear my rig like I did during the GWOT. 3) Vortex, please! Add an option for a hydration bladder for the back straps! Like a Camelback, if I had that and the zipper pouch be a scosche larger then I wouldn’t need to carry my small Camelback, this would be a one and done rig. This is my absolute biggest issue and would appreciate if you could make this a reality!! 4) I hunt alone a fair amount and it would be great to have an option to carry my pistol and hand muff under the bino rig or under the zipper pouch. Meaning x2 full Molle strips to attach them one behind the other to under the bino pouch/zipper pouch. I currently have to use my belt holster, which isn’t the worst thing on earth but in cold weather it makes unholstering a chore and I recently had a pack of coyotes come up behind me in my stand and I had to fight layers to get my 1911 unholstered. To end this, if you’re wondering, you CAN attach the hand muff pouch below the zipper pouch. No other reviews covered this that I could find. Just my thoughts from the field.

Exactly what I needed. Easily re packable according to the hunt. I had a tendency to overload it at first, however, the weight was too much, pared down to essentials and select items specific to the hunt at hand and it worked out brilliantly. Item arrived expeditiously.

This zipper pouch attachment from Vortex is a solid add-on for the GlassPak harness system. Build quality stands out right away. The material feels durable with a rugged fabric exterior and reinforced stitching that doesn’t look like it’s going to wear out quickly. The zipper is smooth and doesn’t snag, which matters more than you’d think when you’re trying to access gear quickly. Functionality is where it really earns its keep. It adds usable storage without getting bulky or awkward. The size is just right for small essentials like calls, gloves, or accessories, and the internal organization with elastic loops helps keep things from shifting around. Ease of use is straightforward. It attaches cleanly to the harness and stays secure without needing constant adjustment. Opening and closing it one-handed is doable, which is useful in the field. Weather resistance is another plus. The treated exterior gives some confidence against light rain and general outdoor use, which fits the purpose of this kind of gear. Value feels justified. It’s not cheap for a pouch, but the materials, fit, and integration with the harness system make it feel like a proper upgrade rather than an afterthought.

this is a great stabilized glasses carrier for your glasspak pro or other molle compatible gear. This zipper pouch has a stabilized mounting system allowing it to sit more securely than other glasses carriers. There is a second molle strap on the back that allows two connection points while mounting your zipper pouch. Very nice design. The materials feel durable and seem like they should hold up for years of use if not the rest of your life depending on how hard your run your gear that is. Great storage capacity, every pair of glasses ive tried with this zipper pouch have fit like a dream. The zipper pouch uses a soft exterior and doesnt use any plastic reinforming plates as might be found in some of the cheaper alternatives to this. The zipper pouch is slightly padded and should protect against bumps and scrapes but might not be enough to keep the glasses from being crushed. I like these quite a bit though and dont plan on falling onto my glasses pouch any time soon. Very adjustable mounting solution. Perfect for the GlassPak Pro or any other piece of molle compatible gear like a plate carrier or backpack.

The quality is really good, all the zippers, zipper pulls, and material are top-notch. I added mine to the side of my hunting pack for smaller items. Thermal monocular, range finder, eye glasses. Makes it super easy to access and use, and not buried in my pack. Vortex added a lot of mounting options with the straps and snaps to put it anywhere on a pack or as a standalone belt pack for smaller items.
