I’m very happy with the functionality of this icemaker de scaler. After running a cleaning cycle, I noticed a clear improvement in the ice production and overall machine performance. The solution did a great job breaking down minerals, build up without leaving a strong odor or residue. The process was straightforward just makes us directed and run the clean cycle. It dissolved scale, effectively, which is important because men are deposits from calcium and magnesium can build up overtime and reduce ice quality and efficiency. After descaling, the ice tasted fresh in the machine ran smoother. It’s a simple maintenance step that really helps extend extends the life of a icemaker.

Not really sure how to say much more than it does what it claims. Price point isn’t bad, definitely cheaper than buying another ice maker. Easy to use.

These Opal ice machines either die in a year, or don't. Regardless of how much you clean it. These do not remove all of the calcium deposits as I still have to take the machine apart to clean the tubes every 6 months. I don't know if these really clean reliably or not, but they are safe and will use it.

It gives me a years worth of cleaning for my ice maker depending on how much you use yours will determine your usage and value for me it was a no brainer to get the 6 pack always have one ready when my ice maker need cleaning And it does a great job removing scale build up

Great product! Performs as stated. Took a while , it was back ordered.

Does a good cleaning job. Heat hot distilled water tho & dissolve first before pouring it in the unit once it’s cooled down to middle to Lukewarm. Only 55 mins or so; much better than using vinegar!

My Opal ice maker requires descaling every 100 hours of use. This descaling solution is great. There’s no remaining odor after cleaning like there is with vinegar and it does a good job.
