Really good but don’t contain iron
Bought for my son who is vegan. He said they are fine to swallow and jog noticed taste that other people mention. Would have given 5* but noticed no iron which vegans need. Holland and Barrat multi vit for vegans does have iron.

They are large and don’t taste the best but truly are amazing vitamins I used to have a fairly rubbish immune system started taking these havnt been poorly once o swear they have helped me be more energetic

Top product, buy some.
Way way better than anything on the high street. I do 9 hours of training a week, and these have definitely helped. I bought again, and will continue to buy. Top product, buy some!

Excellent vitamin supplement!
I have been using this item for over 10 years. I find it to be an excellent supplement for vitamins and minerals. In my opinion it is good value for money in the long run.
