Not sure if this is proving to be an issue with anyone else or not, but I am repeatedly having problems with having videos, on any website, actually loading up and playing. The wheel on the video player spins, on YouTube there is the "if you're having issues, restart your device" warning, and I have had issues both before and after restarts. The computer has also been prone to lagging with as few as eight tabs open and no other programs on the computer on.Early returns have me very dissatisfied with the service I'm receiving.

This computer is a complete failure. It is so slow it takes minutes to switch between windows. It sometimes takes breaks in the middle of working and will do nothing for five or six minutes. I use a wireless mouse and it is spotty on this computer but worked find on my old one. My old computer that I was replacing, is dying and shuts down after an hour of use due to overheating,. It is still a better computer than this piece of crap. I will never buy anything from this vendor again.

It is good and you get what you pay for. It's not top-of-the-line and, as long as you keep any grandiose expectations in check, it serves you well.

This computer doesn’t work right at all. It shuts off randomly by itself for no reason. It’s super slow. Now the volume control won’t work; I have zero volume! I’m trying to recover from surgery and wanted to watch movies in bed. I’m sooo disappointed, and I’m on crutches. What a hassle to deal with. Not a happy customer!

This computer was trouble right out of the box! This computer started to freeze for no reason and would go back to sign in page after several minutes.I contacted Microsoft support to get advice on the possible problem but they could not resolve the issue.I am very disappointed to say the least and the computer is being returned.

It's probably worked only for internet use, programs slow this thing like hell. I both this computer for lighted works, but it can perform as my minimum requirement
