Bought this product at a very good offer. Absolutely amazing product, there is no noise and vibration, design is very sleek and functioning as smooth as it should be. Features provided in this are really cool, value for money. Washing is really great. 9kg is ideal for family of 5.

The media could not be loaded. Received faulty machine on 7th march. It is making sound as in video.As I asked for replacement, amazon anyhow passed time to close replacement window 19th march.After that I am left to manage with samsung service. The machine has been serviced two times but still condition is same.Do not buy such costly products online.Atleast local vendors will support in case of faulty product.Now even support option on Amazon order page is not available for this order.

After so many videos and learning, we finally replaced our old IFB machine with a Samsung Smart - while comparing to other competitors, Samsung really did a good job in AI. The washing quality is good. Wifi functioned well. The build quality is good, vibration not too much. We are stuck in Samsung, IFB, LG, and Botch, but in the end we bought the Samsung 9kg Version. You will not get many videos, reviews for this model on YouTube.after using 3-4 days writing this review and everything is good but spoted some cons1. If the machine starts and runs the program, if the electricity goes out, you need to keep the power button on so the program will continue after the electricity comes back2. Another issue if you have the problem of water, then must be note. if water gone during the washing program, it will give you an error. And when the water back wash program starts from beginning3. Another problem is we can't add liquid before starting the washing program. liquid will goes away in prewashOther than these 3 issues, all works for us great. will update the review if you face any issues in the futurethank you

I have been using this product for over a month now and below is my feedback.Note - Customer who switches from top load to front load will find day light difference in terms of washing quality, handling & features.1. It does not damage / harm the clothes. Previously I owned LG top load washing machine which damaged my clothes upon continuous washing cycles. Samsung washing machine however extended the life of the clothes as it totally prevented further damage to those clothes.2. It does consume less water compared to top load washing machine3. It consumes less power consumption although I really can't determine how much proportion it adds to up my monthly bill. As it is rated 5 star inverter, it is supposed to consume less power.4. Hot / Warm wash - This is a great feature. The normal wash (daily wash) uses the inherent heater and washes the clothes in warm water which if used with a quality detergent liquid will yield excellent results.5. It spins at 1000 rpm - while most of the washing machine at this price point does 800, samsung does 1000 rpm. Again the drying time once it is taken out is subject to weather conditions.6. Daily wash takes a little over an hour and it washes in warm water.Cons:The only disadvantage is you can't add forgotten clothes once the washing process has begun. Perhaps, this is how front load works (other than those washing machines which allows this feature).To avoid this I would recommend to put in a bucket all clothes that we plan to wash for the day.

The media could not be loaded. First time I bought front load washing machine. Got it in sale worth 19546 including card discount.Pros.Wash quality is better than top load as I used before. 1000rpm dryer dries laundry upto 85%. Daily wash mode cleans laundry well and safe. I used water softener also.Less water and energy consumption in compare to top load or semi automatic and wash quality is better. Machine takes less space but weights approx 55kg to makes itself steady while drying.I went for samsung just because of deal and it's rating.Cons.Drum size is small so 6kg is not sufficient for more than 3 members. You can't add clothes once machine gets started. It's fully automatic so u have to provide tap facility. Can't add water manually. Use Washing powder or liquid quantity according to urself as machine uses whole quantity present in that section. Hope u like my review.

It's awesome 😎.. really good product 32k new 2025 model 9kg Ai and wifi available... But not working in mob wifi network.. only working for wifi router.. nosice level ok.. deep cleaning in cloth good quality.... Water consumption good ...velue for money lot off comparision LG vs Samsung vs IFB .. finally go for samsung automatic washing machine 9kg.. it's superb looking good
