The product is not working properly and waste of money,

It’s stopped working after 10 days of using it . Now replacement window also got closed . 650 rs got wastage. They manufacture the product in such a way that it need to work until replacement date ends . Never ever think to purchased this product. You will cry .no support from the seller . I want to give less than 1 star but no option available

easy to assemble and clean. For the price it's a great buy. I enjoyed using it for all of 2 weeks. Then the plastic housing (the drum) suddenly cracked (see pic). Hopefully this is just a fluke and not a design flaw. Customer support for Koios was great, but I now have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the part that cracked. One final suggestion: if you buy this juicer, cut your pieces of hard veggies as small as you can. It will help the juicer's efficiency. Update: I got the spare part very quickly, after about a week. The juicer is now working very well. I'm still chopping hard veggies up in small pieces to prevent any possible issues
