Me and my husband decided to try some BPC 157 and TB 500 for some injuries and ailments we have had and these little syringes have worked perfectly. Indivually wrapped is great, the needles are sharp, goes in easy. The only reason for 4 stars is some of the plungers have more "resistance" than others. But other than that it performs its function; get medicen in under the skin
