Great sleep aid
I have entered tried many natural sleep aids and this one is my favorite. I won't say it works 100% of the time but maybe 99.9 %. The flavor is also pleasant.

Worth the try
4 stars because they work pretty good. I have insomnia and I avoid taking prescription medication, so I gave these a try. On the really bad nights I had to double-up on these and take my regular magnesium/l-theanine pills, but for general use these did the trick. No groggy feeling or weird side effects. They tasted good - so good that I would want to eat them like regular gummies. I'm not sure if they're worth it [for me personally] given the price for the amount, but, if anything, they're worth the try.

These are NOT the same gummy!
I liked the old formula and have been buying for about a year or so. With the last 2 orders, these are NOT the same. Now they are flat and maybe because of the shape or size change the sugar coating is overpowering. Don't know what is going on with them, but now I actually have to rinse them off with water to eat them. They SEEM to work (though not always for a full night (7 hours). I will be shopping for an alternative due to the formula change. Yuk.

These worked great the first two times
These worked great the first two times I tried them, then nothing. After those first few times they have zero effect on me; not positive or negative. My husband tried them one night and they worked great for him too, but the next night he said he got the worst headache and was awake all night. He never gets headaches. I had read other reviews about the sugar content and yes, there is so much sugar. When I first got them I emptied out the bottle over a couple of paper towels and using nitrile gloves, rubbed off as much of the sugar as I could before putting them back in the bottle to use. If you are diabetic, pre-diabetic or even keto/carnivore these are horrible. I noticed they spiked my sugar cravings because they are so sweet. They don't need all the sugar but it's there. I'm sorry I wasted my money - I bought two bottles based on our experience from day one and now I am just going to have to throw them away as they are useless to us and you can't return unopened bottles.

Taste great and works amazing!
This taste great and knocks me out. I am sensitive to melatonin and I feel almost hung over from it like in a fog. I dont feel that way with the Natrol. It helps my husband sleep too.

It tastes worse than cherry cough medicine. Not sure if I can take it every night. Maybe I'm just too sensitive to taste, but not ideal.
